I got everything I ordered, better than advertised, and at a great price. I ordered coolies, stadium cups and dinner napkins and everything looked perfect. I used them all at the family reunion and people were taking 2 coolies at a time - we ran out they were so popular! Thank you for having some Christian options so that my family could have beautiful Christian art on our stuff! We used orange and white for our colors and everything matched. It was so FUN and EASY. The original cups I ordered were unavailable. I got a message needing immediate approval to change them. I did since the ones I really wanted and ordered were unavailable. I do not like these as well and cups do seem smaller than a normal 16oz cup.

The manufacturer discontinued the purple color frosted cups because "they did not sell well". We disagree but it is our of our control. Regarding cup size, the 16 oz. Frosted cups will hold exactly 16 fluid ounces when filled to the brim (without ice). This is the industry standard. Please do reach out to us if there is anything we can do to help you.

Ordered last minute for graduation party. Product arrived two days prior to delivery date. I opted to not receive proof before sending to production and was not disappointed. I ordered stadium cups with custom print on both sides. Would order again

This was the second order I place for gender reveal cups, but it was the first time I placed a custom order. When I emailed my custom design in, Bailey was quick to respond and asked for some slight adjustments to ensure that the art team didn't have any issues with getting the best results printed on the cups. My order was estimated to arrive a day before my event. Not fault of TippyToad, only my fault for waiting until the last minute. I kept in contact with Bailey to make sure there were not issues with the order or production since I was cutting it close. Bailey kept in contact through the whole process and to my surprise, my order arrived 4 days early! I was so relieved and the cups turned out AMAZING! I will absolutely continue to use TippyToad for my future party needs!

Tippy Toad is a great company! We received an orde that was incorrect... I contacted them and they replaced their error and even let us keep their mistake. They love their customers! Everything was super fast! Highly recommend :)

I knew early on that I wanted to order souvenir cups but my timeline pushed it really close to the cut off but Molly was able to get my cups to my 2 days ahead of time! She even caught an issue with the colors that I picked, suggested a quick fix and made the correction. The cups were amazing and a huge hit! I will absolutely be ordering again!

I wanted personalized cups for my son's family-only, socially-distanced graduation party and these are perfect! It was easy to order, the proof arrived quickly and the cups looks exactly like I'd hoped. The only problem I had throughout the entire process was deciding which cups to order as there are so many great choices. I would order from TippyToad again.

I placed an order, then decided I wanted a different style cup. Their team responded right away and gave me a refund so I could purchase the ones I wanted. Greatly appreciated!
The cups are nice, but they are smaller than I expected.
The website is accurate about how many ounces they can hold, but I definitely overestimated the physical size of the cups. The ones I purchased will hold the desired 16 oz, but only if filled to the point of almost overflowing. I wish I'd gone with the 22 oz cups. The disappointment with myself for choosing this size took away all the excitement I had when I purchased them, but this was no fault of the company. I attached the image to show the style I bought.

I bought the neoprene coozies (beer coolers) and can't get the moth ball scent out despite hours of running them on low heat in the dryer with a scented towel. Super disappointed because I can't use them and spent over $100 and they are otherwise good looking and their service prior to receiving these have been good.

While this ink is food-safe and environmentally safe, it can leave an "off-smell" after printing. Low to medium heat (like in a dryer) will only increase the odor as the ink molecules get warmer. We suggest setting your can coolers in an open area (referable outside) for a few days to let them air out. I don't have it yet because don't delivery to PR and my son has to send it from US where hw live. But the picture looks great. Excellence service and fast. I just hope you can send it to Puerto Rico in the future.
