I ordered a macbook recharger from them. It was not working. I've emailed them app. 20-30 times. I get an answer quickly, but based on the answers they don't even really read the emails. Anyway, they refuse to refund. Their suggestion is that I pay them 80% of the value and they'll send me another one. They sent me a defect product and I should pay them more money?!?
I did file a complaint via PayPal and got my money back. I suggest everyone to make a complaint via PayPal after a couple of emails from Tinydeal if (=when) they refuse to refund a defect product or if your item hasn't arrived at all.
I've received my refund from PayPal 2 weeks ago, but I still have an email conversation going on with TinyDeal. Just for fun to see how long they'll go on.

Little Scam site (Fake). Specially they are wasting our time to arrange or ship our deals. Sometime they are displaying some items in stock, after bought it they are displaying order is processing. 5,6 days later when we are asking, they ask to create some TD points or refund. And the refunds are also always delaying..
Bought a PowerBank 20.000 mAh, after 2 recharges the thing gives up. After 3 weeks of emails going up and down, looking for replacement - the best they can do is give me 2 USD discount for the next order! So don't complain about warranty, there is none. And you have been warned.

I have made several attempts to communicate with them but all they ever come back with is "We have dispatched the following item ******** to you on 2013-4-17. Of course they have low prices, more or less the same as few others. The best about Tinydeal is their fast delivery. I order an item then within 14 days I always got what I want. Compare to others, where sometimes takes 2 monthes to get my order.
This fast delivery makes them a good dropshipping partner also. I tried it many times. If I order to myself or my customers from their European warehouse I get the goods in 5-7 day. Which is quite good. If they could increase the number of their goods in their EU warehouse I will spend most of my time selling their products.

I do not trust a company that only takes paypal. Paypal will not get your money back. They have great prices on electronics, clothes, beauty, and toys, but this is really too good to be true.

I have ordered many items from this store from 1$ to 280$ since 2008.
I have a THL W3 cell phone from them and I am pretty happy with it, 2 friends of mine bought two tablets without having any issues.
The shipping is free, so it's happen often to receive the stock in 3 weeks and I still suggest to pay the little 1.38$ to get the tracking number so you can follow where is your package. I did more than 20 orders and I always received my stock, very rare that I receive them in 2 weeks.
It sometime happen, they send the wrong item (like wrong color), but it's not a big deal. It's always hard to complain on something that was 1/3 of the price.
I see some people complaining about the shipping... it's free, so don't think you will receive it the next week... It won't just happen and if you pay something for very cheap, then, don't think it will last for a long time. And the Custom Office will sometime block some orders, so in this case, it's not the fault of Tinydeal, I saw a comment from a guy saying that his cell phone that looks like the IPHONE has been removed and destroyed by the customs officers, well, again, it's not the fault of Tinydeal, but the Canada's law that will destroy contrefeit and even you know it was a fake one...

We have raised the written query to our post office. It takes more time to get the reply from post office. I have contact my post office and they told me that my product never arrived in my country. You guys missed a great oppurtunuty to do a great business by shipping phones very late. On top of it, sending basically garbage/wrong phones/tablets. None of them works. What a loss. They sent me a used microsd and a tablet that doesn't work. I tried to talk to them and pay the shipping to uk of the item. They don't accept, they tell that i should pay the shipping to the fabric in china and they resend me the item (not refund possible). Paypal don't refund me the money because the item arrived (never worked)

Noticed a nice tablet on sale on tiny deal.
Opened up their live support chat window and confirmed stock availability and price.
Went out at 1:30 am to purchase a pre-paid card.
When i came back to place my order the price had more than tripled.
I once again went into chat and spoke with a rather rude advisor who not answer any questions and would only say the price changed. After an hour he transferred me to the first agent i had spoke with. He advised that yes he had infact confirmed the price for me, but after chatting with me he felt the price was too low so he spoke with his "colleagues" and had the price changed.
I explained this is a violation of the Consumer protection act and that they would need to fulfil the order. They of course refused. I saved the chat transcript showing that the advisor had agreed that the original price was changed at his request AFTER agreeing on a price with me. At 4: am in the morning i had had enough. I requested the contact info for their legal dept(my Father is an attorney) and i would pursue this through other channels. They advised they do not have a legal team. Their own site has a faq with the terms and conditions including legal documents.
When i advised them that they would have to have a legal dept to operate a website internationally they once again said Nope, we have no legal dept and there is no one who you can speak with. Instead he game me an email address to which i have not received a reply.
This is unethical and in my country illegal.
This was supposed to be a xmas gift for my wife.
