Understand that the match group owns Match.com, Tinder. Okcupid and now POF
So best to avoid all this sites as they use highly unethical practices fake profiles spams and everything else don't wast years and millions of hours on fake sites much less waste your money Match.com has reviews from watchdog so they are all in business to screw over users, if you were worried about coming across a date that might screw you over imagine a whole group doing this as well as breaching confidentiality and you will get a clue! Avoid like the plague
I met some on timder pretending to be american military. He went thru forging a military id and pics. We found the pic of his sick son was someone else's child. He also sent a bogus check to my account
Do not Trust Tinder! They block Thousands if not more for gender, race, etc. They lie and are not looking for someone over 25! I give you one billion thumbs down! They contacted me again this morning aftzr I already knew for 6 months I'm not allowed on there. Happiness is leaving this very boring site. People don't take u seriously on here!
Good morning, I am leaving a review on Tinder due to the fact that when I updated my profile with more recent photos and said that God is number one in my life, besides my family, then I was canceled. I was informed that I had violated their agreement. But yet at the same time they play a big factor in the LGTQ whatever it's called community the lesbian gay and accept that. You do not get to speak to a person. They will just send you an email telling you that you've been banned.
Tinder is the ideal site if you're just starting out. It has its limitations but its easy to join and use. Its the best known site for a good reason. If you're looking for something a bit more in depth with better options and more of a chance of meeting someone you'll fall in love then definitely consider going for something like wejustfit.com (really impressed by that site) but if you want something super simple to start with go with Tinder. Or do what I do and choose both :)
Horrible. Lost profile 3 times because it said it couldn't update. No help from support. In fact you have to hunt hard to find it. And when I did get them I was referred to google pay for a refund because they claim they do not give them period. But there's this thing called buyer's remorse.
Tinder is hands down the most worthless app ever created. I have installed it and reinstalled it at least 10 times on a phone with no other issues on a great internet connection and it will not allow me to finish even setting up the account. And then they have enough nerve to want us to pay for an application that NEVER works! Tinder is run by scumbags.
After my last single friend got married last month I took the plunge into online dating. I dont ever want to go to another wedding that isnt my own! Im using Tinder (good) and wejustfit.com (fab) and ive already set up three dates between those two. Not sure if thats good but its enough for me and really helps as im not the bar going type and dont want to be a pet project for my married friends to help find me dates, etc. Going to give this 6 months and see what happens:-)
Been using it for a while now and have had some hot dates with help of it. It is probably one of the biggest dating apps nowadays. But I keep my membership on a couple of other hookup sites for when I need an alternative. My top 3 for now are: Tinder, Hookuphangout.com and AFF
I paid my fees to have access to their site for 6 months. Somehow after a week I never was able to access or see who liked me and wasnt able to send/receive messages. I tried multiple times to contact somebody and then they basically just shut my account down with no refund or explanation.
I am someone in the finance sector. I was told Tinder is one of an ideal dating sites to meet decent people online. However, my account has been banned on the 2nd day from my subscription date. This is not the 1st time I subscribed on a dating site. I know what should / should not say... If you joined Tinder, you'd notice it's not easy to find the email of CS. Finally I managed to leave my message to Tinder... yet the feedback is simply a "standard reply"... I am very disappointed with Tinder's services. I'll NOT recommend this site to anyone! Thumb down!
I met a man on tinder. He turned out to be an alcoholic who broke into my home and beat me in front of my children. I put up a warning profile for other women, if you could stop it happening to someone else wouldn't you? I wish someone had warned me. Tinder banned me yet his profile remains! He's free to do it again. Tinder are as responsible as he is. Great policies tinder- hope you sleep well at night. I don't.
Your ads have now become cringey and overdone...perhaps play them less frequently and they'd have more effect? Is there a way to do that?
I'm tired of seeing 10 ads for tinder whenever I'm watching a show -.-
It's not as effective as you think. It's literally convinced me that other dating sites are better because they seem less like a "brand", and therefore more authentic.
Regards,
So, you join for, say, a year and the profile that you entered the first time was not perfect. Far from it. No second chance, though. If you or someone else swiped left, that's forever.
Certainly, it should be a possibility to reset the views, say after a month, when you know better.
I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E! You must terminate your account and lose the money for the unused portion of your membership.
Furthermore, if you do so, the system will consider you as a spammer and will likely lock you out.
I sincerely regret joining the site.
I was a member for a few days, when the matches stop. With a message that read something went wrong. Try back later. After a few days I contacted customer service and a rep name Candy gave me worthless adive on how to resolve the issue. She repeatedly stated after failed attempts they would investigate to fix the problem but they never did. After I stated I would give a review due to the poor customer service. I created a new account and was booted off the same day. The matches suck anyways. Most of the profiles are fake and they advertise/solicit sexual paid websites. Tinder is not really free. They will attempt to con you to purchase features.
This site let me meet the love of my life. Without downloading tinder I would not be in the committed relationship I am in now. He already already bought me a promise ring. Our wedding is sept 13th 2020 everyone is allowed to come. Thank you.
The price you pay for membership gets you only a seat at the table. If you want to see and be seen, you have to pay. Not to mention, the pricey "super like" is activated by swiping up, which is how you scroll through photos on Bumble. It appears to be designed such that, if a user is accustomed to Bumble, the user will blow through "super likes", wasting them on profiles that are not desirable. I'd give Tinder a lower rating than 1, if I could.
The site is good! I won't say anything bad. But I'd still prefer another site. Recently created my profile, met a girl. And that same evening we went for a walk! So if anyone is interested, then here is this site https://goo.su/2mZS9t
If you don't pay to join within a few days of joining they will ban you. The likes are rigged. I am 71 years of age and I have an 80% strike rate of "likes" from 18 to 25 year olds. Of course I cannot reply to the likes unless I join. It's a con job. Grindr is quite sleazy, yeah it's more honest than Tindr. Don't get sucked in because they cheat you with dishonest profiles to get you to join and like I said if you don't join they will ban you. The ratings on Play store really indicate how dishonest this company is.
I got some nice meetings with girls from Tinder. But for me it is a bit difficult, maybe I am too old for this kind of website. I found my lovely girlfriend on a site called datingme.org
Anyway, if you are young and you are searching for a girl (or boy) - give it a try. But please don't expect that much. ;)
Answer: 1 out of 1000 profiles may be real. I had one date, which was just one night stand and didn't go further on. But it took me so much time to get just a few replies. Then I thought that I should have some self-respect and stop losing my time. I joined a trusted site with profile verification and all that stuff https://j4l.com/402007 Things turned around for me there! I had several dates in one month and I found a woman I fell in love with! It's a matter of finding a dating site that verifies profiles and doesn't let scammers in.
Answer: Yeah, you advertise 55 billion profiles and there are only 8 billion people on the planet. You make the sad people want to kill themselves bc we can never find a date. Get rid of the fake profiles. Goodness you guys have been scamming the world for years.
Answer: Yes. It's a scam. I test the sites and write reviews... it's full of Snapchat subscription girls and catfish.
Tinder has a rating of 1.6 stars from 551 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Tinder most frequently mention customer service, fake profiles and phone number. Tinder ranks 646th among Dating sites.
