Good application, but errors with location and slow on iPhone, many scammers and strange people who ask you for help

This app is basically all romance scammers nowadays. So Sad, It use to be a great app. I think they should start screening people and clean it up.

After paying 25pounds for subscription, all I can get is an opportunity to like pics. Can't even send a message or get a match... so disgusting

I used tinder as a paid platinum subscriber with an annual (12-month) subscription. After 4 months of use, my account was banned from Tinder without any explanation or warning. All my attempts to contact support and explain -
«Dear Customer Support, I signed up to find love and never had the intention to break any rules, I was polite to members as can be seen from my message history. My profile contains true information about me as well as photos. Please check my message history and you will see that I was always polite, the photos belong to me and the profile description is written correctly and politely, I can change something if I did wrong»

- to which I received the standard answer

"You violated the rules of the community, the answers in your case will no longer be provided, this is our last message»

…. REALLY? SERIOUSLY?

As a result, losing money and not being eligible for a refund from either Tinder or Apple because the payment was made more than 60 days ago. This is such disrespectful for a person who paid for a year sub. And did not even receive an answer why he was banned.
I would understand if I was being rude or if the photos were fake, but no, my profile was perfect and correct, and I was respectful in communicating with everyone on the platform.

This mouse is really responsive and light weight. It got me into the Fortnite World Cup Finals. Make sure to like and subscribe.

I am utterly disappointed with the complete lack of effort and assistance provided by Tinder's customer support team. As a loyal user, I expected a company of their stature to prioritize resolving customer issues, but unfortunately, my recent experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

Firstly, their response time was ridiculously slow. It took days for them to acknowledge my issue, which made me feel like my concerns were insignificant and unimportant. They seemed to have no sense of urgency or understanding of the impact their poor service had on my user experience.

Furthermore, when they eventually responded, their generic and templated replies showed a clear lack of interest in actually resolving my problem. It was clear that their support agents had no knowledge or authority to address any technical or account-related issues in a meaningful way. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling like my concerns were overlooked and dismissed.

What bothers me the most is that Tinder portrays itself as a service committed to connecting people and fostering relationships, yet their customer support fails to reflect this mission. It gives the impression that they prioritize profit over the satisfaction and well-being of their users.

I believe that a company as prominent as Tinder should invest considerably more in its customer support infrastructure. They need to train their support agents to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient in handling user concerns. Additionally, implementing systems to improve response times and offering personalized solutions instead of generic copy-paste answers would greatly benefit their users.

Overall, I am disappointed and frustrated with Tinder's lack of effort and assistance. I expected a company of their stature to provide adequate customer support, but unfortunately, they fell far short of my expectations. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make significant improvements in their customer service department to regain the trust and confidence of their user base.

If you're like me and you have severe social anxiety, you've probably tried Tinder or some other online dating app.
Hey look, Tinder is good for hookup culture. If you wanna find a guy/girl to hookup with and then forget about, this is the app for you. BUT... if you're on Tinder looking for true love, or looking for that soulmate, I would highly recommend looking for that elsewhere. You're essentially... erm... looking for love in all the wrong places. It's amazing what you can find when you approach people in person. The initial attraction is authentic.

And even if you do find romance on Tinder, it's not the good kind. It's the dead end kind. In most cases (And I said most, not all, before you get offended) of couples/matches who are made on Tinder, one of you usually ends up having some kind of emotional baggage that will one day rear its ugly head somewhere down the road. The result is seldom "happy ever after".

If you're afraid to meet people in person, I suggest talking to friends more often. Letting yourself go around people you feel comfortable with. Start by saying hello to someone you walk by on the street. You don't have to have a casual conversation, just say hello and smile. Preferably not someone you find attractive. This will increase your anxiety. Start by this and feeling more confident in yourself. But you won't find real love on Tinder or any online dating app. If anything, this will make things worse for your lonesome.

I just thought I'd put this out there for anyone who feels insecure or has anxiety, looking for REAL love, and is thinking of using Tinder. Plenty of people on Tinder anxious to find a real romance but I hate to break it to you, it's a false promise. Your chances of finding this on any online dating app are extremely slim.
