Beware. Guys are scamming for money. Starts if conversation fine for few day's maybe few weeks. They are out of country just left or saying will be returning. All very lovey and cute. Either lost militarily bank card. Their ships engine needs replacing. Best one guy retiring his last job be millionaire from it (shell company) wants settle down. Books flight and hotel sends confirmation on all this. Thus german guy scamming in end. Very frustrating. Not interested in money just genuin guy!. BEWARE LADIES

I paid for an upgraded gold membership, created a profile, uploaded all my photos, verified who I was and then I was banned. I can't get my money back and customer service refused to look into it or lift the ban on my profile, phone nu.ber. And email associated with my account. Tinder is a SCAM.

Up until recently i'd been arranging all my dates through WeJustFit.com but I finally gave in and tried the tinder app. It's everywhere, from hollywood movies to subway posters so its not like any single online daters can really avoid it. I had been using the cell phone version of we just fit and for all the talk about tinder I cant really see why its any better (for NYC a least). OK tinder is more quick, aint no doubting that! But im not sure that's really what im looking for from internet dating. I like to take my time reading profiles and go online when I want not when the app tells me to. Online dating is serious for me, it's not about speed, so ill be sticking with WeJustFit I think.

If you are new to this stuff like I was then I would have no qualms in recommending Tinder. Its really professional and isnt complicated or hi tech as I worried it would be. I had quite a few dates and even though I didnt find my other half I still had fun and learned a lot about how serious online dating works. I've left the site now and im trying a new one called wejustfit.com and im super chuffed so far, will leave a review soon but can already see its as good as match was. Always nice to have options lol!

Hello everyone, So I started my tinder gold subscription for 6 months a couple days ago. I recently woke up to an error code A*******. I immediately contacted tinder customer support via email. The customer representative on the other end was so quick to judge me on breaking the TOS even though I've done nothing wrong.
There are plenty of stories on the internet where tinder has banned people for no reason. It's shocking to think they would ban me days after I spent my money on tinder gold and I feel like I was being ripped off. Do not use tinder or contact their customer representatives it is a waste of time!

Dont use this app! They will ban your account with no reason why! Spent over $300 in this app over 6months and log in to see it's been banned with absolutely no reasoning why! Use match or bubble. Stay away from Tinder.

I never got any attention (idk, I don't think that I'm that ugly) but besides that I would be swiping on the various profiles. Then I would boost my profile and all the people in my area disappeared. It would either say something went wrong or that there was noone in my area. Such a waste. I know not to take it seriously but jeez do you to so blatantly take my money. Never again.

You might as well not email support - they just copy/paste macros, so I'm not even sure if I'm talking to a human. They'll ignore you if you need something. If you email them about an issue, that is the only time they'll reply (just saying thank you, that's it).

My ex-husband made a fake account on me and posted very nasty stuff gave my home address and phone number out on the app. The guys that called and texted me stated coming to my house and listed my address so that was scary enough putting me and my children in danger. I filed a police report gave Tinder the police report number. I filed a restraining order which I was granted. They asked for a subpoena so I got a lawyer. Numerous emails were sent back from me to Tinder saying they were going to look into it. My lawyer even sent a subpoena over and nothing. They don't care just out to make money. I would never refer anyone to use this app. Tinder sucks bunch of $#*!s on their legal team.

I've been a member of Tinder on and off for a good while now and even met my last GF on the site. I tried it again recently and theres no doubt in my mind that its still up there when it comes to the main online dating agency players. But like a lot of things its got more competition these days wejustfit.com is the site that is working best for me personally ATM for instance - and that makes it some thing of a buyers market. If I had just stuck with Tinder I wouldnt have had the dates ive had on WJF. So its good to try everything and not be scared to mix it up a bit.

I was banned by tinder multiple times because bigoted users would report my account because I am genderfluid. Tinder would then promptly ban my account. For a while tinder support would reinstate my account but all the sudden they tell me that I've gone against their terms so they will not reinstate my account. That is bull$#*!... the only crime I committed was being genderfluid. Tinder discriminates and denies services to those who are not "male" or "female". So disgusting. Never ever use this app.

So usually I love Tinder, but i just got a notification that I am banned. I have no idea why I would get banned since I am SURE I never violated any of their terms. Mostly I use tinder to make friends with other like-minded people. Then when I emailed them to ask why my account got banned, tinder emailed back saying they cannot give me any information and that there is no appeal process so I can never have an account again. Since I already paid for this month, to me that is extremely shady.

I cancelled my subscription to Tinder 3 months ago. Tinder keeps charging my credit card. They told me to log to my account and cancel my subscription. I told them I already did and do not have an account any more but they keep charging my credit card. "no refund, no subscription, tough luck." That was last month - I just got charged again, (10/28/19) this is a bad company, stay away. I told them that if they did not take care of this pronto, I would send a complaint to Texas Secretary of State.

Absolute scam ans waste of time and money. If ANYTHING goes wrong with the app or being able to receive messages,(which it does OFTEN - just read the forums) open matches etc, their customer service doesn't give one crap about you or how much money you have paid. Its an absolute scam waiting for suckers to pay their hard earned cash and piss it up against the wall. Go elsewhere, this is an absolute rip off and the wankers that own it and are just raking in your money and laughing at you.

Never in my life have I wronged someone's heart. I'm a good man and treat others with great respect and care. I live in a rural area and this app is the only app compatible with dating in this region. Yet I am banned for no reason. I literally have not done anything but my account is banned. Terrible service. Terrible app. I have always been a chivalrous gentleman and I deserve to have the option to date. Tinder prevents me from having a social and dating life. Absolutely terrible.

Last year after going through 1 horrible marriage and a 4 month hospital stay I was on this sight and found this guy who I found very handsome. Now a year and a half later we are happily married and couldn't ask for any better. I'm loving my relationship that I found on tinder! If I could of ran back time this would of been done in the very first place. I'm thankful for this app and my wonderful husband that I found on tinder. Thanks tinder
