Purchased a L shirt for my father for his birthday. Came as expected, great shirt, but... he needs an XL. I have tried to contact this company for 3 weeks to exchange the shirt. Phone is always busy (tried 5 separate times during business hours) emailed 6x in 3 weeks, have not gotten a reply once. Not sure what my options are...
Extremely pleased with the 2 shirts we bought. Very comfortable, proud to have the American flag on my chest and support the Til Valhalla Project.
Also, the shirt arrived on time and fits exactly to the size I ordered.
Love what the company stands for, and I liked the products, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I had a laser engraved cup delivered with shipment damage, I emailed their customer support 3 times, with pictures, and received ZERO response -- and one of the emails was in response to THEIR email asking me how they could improve customer service! AYKM? Not sure who's running that department, but they may need a replacement.
I bought a "distressed flag" t-shirt, and the quality is really really nice. Feels great, fits well. It's a fab price and the money goes to a super cause. I challenge you to buy a few... You'll be really pleased.
I purchased multiple items. I was super excited to help support the cause. During the order process one of the shirts switched from 2XL to small. I immediately sent an email to get it changed. There was an automated email sent back to me stating due to COVID to allow 3 days for a response. It has now been 13 days and still nothing. The order has not shipped yet either. I hope they will reach out soon to another email I sent so we can get it figured out.
Not only is the money this company makes going to a good cause, but the products and customer service are fantastic as well.
I have purchase 2 T-shirts(Betsy Ross and the white US flag) which I(hope) understand will benefit the veterans in multiple ways(jobs, recognition etc.) Both came quickly and well packaged and look great.
Organization has kept in touch with me to show what they have done with my small contribution to this noble cause.
Placed my order for the Betsy Ross, somehow during the order process my size selection got changed from XL to SM... I have made several attempts to contact by phone and email over the past several days and I have recieved 0, ZERO RESPONSE from the company as how to move forward to correct my issue!

My son ordered me 2. After 24 hours my water was still cold and still had ice in it. So glad he got me these cups!
Bought a XL hoodie which fit fine but after washing once it came out Medium or small large because it doesn't even cover my belt. I would rather pay more money for better quality then pay money for something that can only be worn once and then donated..
I stumbled upon the TVP looking for memorial bracelets. Ordered 4 after discussing on the customer service line. They are better than advertised. Anytime I can support an organization that is giving back to veterans I do. The TVP has it right. Well done.
Quite by accident I happened to come across this website and after reading their mission statement, I was intrigued. As I was viewing different items, I came across memorial plaques honoring our fallen hero's and I found, quite by chance, a memorial bracelet for a fallen officer that I had actually known. Proceeds from sales go to memoralizing the hero in your life and is something that the family left behind, Will treasure forever. I shop with them often now and am always telling my friends.
Answer: They don't respond because they are doing this in what looks like someone's living room. It's 2 or 3 people answering the phone and one guy posting supposed pictures from road trips. Call them.
Answer: I always received my items in 5 to 7 days. Only time was more than 7 the company was in the middle of a move
