This is not the first time I have ordered from TigerDirect the products that I have ordered in the past have been great. So I expecting the same quality of products from this order and I'm sure they will last me another 10 years or so like the last ones with only a few upgrades here and there to keep up with the growing technology. Tigerdirect: Ordered from this website a few days ago (MBA/IPAD PRO) and today they cancelled the order without notification. Funds are still showing on CC as unreturned. It appears TD is in the business of cancelling orders that we place and keeping our money. Fraudulent business practices.

DONT SHOP HERE! My complaint is literally the same complaint I'm seeing on other review sites- it used to be reputable but not anymore. Bought an IPad, they cancelled without notice- said it's because they put the wrong price up and didn't want to honor it-dozens of other reviews say it's to collect data and spam and sell to others. Just run.

Ordered 2 iPads and the order got cancelled after 2 days without any information. They just have cancelled the order and it disappeared from the orders history. I only could see that has been cancelled because I had the page opened, but after refreshing just disappeared. They did not refund my card, they are still with my money.

The order just vanished from their website.

I just placed an order for a CPU that said "in stock." When the order showed up on the web page, it said "back ordered" with no fulfillment date. Then I discovered that there is no way to cancel the order online. You have to email customer service. Oh, and they already charged my credit card. If you have any other alternatives, don't use this one.

They want 15% restocking fee to return an item I purchased a week ago plus I pay for shipping. I never saw this published anywhere on their site. Although I'm unhappy to pay this I said ok, lets get this going. Customer support keeps saying they have to get this approved that I will hear back in 24 hours, that was five days ago. TigerDirect is a BOBO company, spend a few dollars more and have piece of mind, I got cheap and this is what you get. Stay away... please!

Stay away from this organization, they will frustrate you and rip you off.

Don't ever do business with Tiger Direct. Period. This is the very first time I've ever attempted purchasing an item from them and I requested a refund shortly after reading some online reviews and I am only receiving my money back after about 25 phone calls 3 different service associates and over 4 weeks of fighting it. They were the opposite of helpful and they also tried charging me a restocking fee for an item that I never even saw in the box. Don't EVER trust them even if the item you need is at a discounted price. Not worth your time. They had $700 sitting in their account and the item for the last month and I still don't have the money and won't until tomorrow.

Only order from TigerDirect if you do not care if or when you ever receive your order. They used to be great, but apparently they cannot compete with Amazon, Walmart, others. A week has passed and they still have no idea why they haven't shipped my order. This was the one time I strayed from Amazon... never again.

Tip for consumers:
If you don't care if/when you receive your items, go with TigerDirect. But their phone number does not work, and they don't answer you on social media. If you chat them through the website you will get someone very skilled at apologies.

TD, if you want to be a legit seller, that is not the way you deal with customers.

Give one star since there is no zero star option.

They had an amazing deal on ipads that I couldn't believe was real. It turns out it wasn't. They just posted them cheap so deal websites would direct buyers to them so they could get you to signup for emails and then they'd cancel your order two days later.

Ordered this PC and got an email confirming the order. However, when I checked on the order status later I found that it had already been cancelled. Did not get any notification of the cancellation. When i called customer service, the first one told me to just wait and the second told me the inventory was gone. On the website it seems there has been no update and you can still order. Really terrible way to run a business and makes the company look sketchy. At least notify the customer when an order is cancelled and don't waste their time.

Don't bother ordering anything from them, they will scam you. They also do not allow reviews when u order online. Indian scammers who will rip you off if u let them. I already wrote what happened to me twice by this lousy business. 0 stars if possible.

I purchased a WD Wireless Pro from them because they were the only online store showing it in stock. Then I received a notice it was on back order. It finally shipped and I received it mid-April. It was dead out of the box. I let them know and dealt with WD directly and it was confirmed to be defective. I told TigerDirect and said I wanted a refund. They requested the email chain with WD which I provided within 24 hours. Then they stopped responding. I filed a complaint with PayPal where they waited until the last moment to respond and finally agreed to let me return it. Tracking shows they received it yesterday so hopefully next week (6 weeks after receiving a defective product) I should get my refund.

They used to be good back in the day but I will never buy from them again.

Don’t do it.

None. Returned and waiting for PayPal to issue refund due to lack of response after I showed manufacturer agreed it was defective.

I used to get great deals from tiger direct. I recommend them to all my friends. A month ago I ordered my kid a computer that was listed "in stock". It was the only thing I could afford my 12 year old this year. The week before Christmas I started trying to contact tiger direct. They have not shipped the item, or gave me a time when they expect it may be back in stock. Immediately after I paid for it, they said it was on back order. They have a hold on my money, so I could not buy him a gift from somewhere else. I have sent 7 emails, with no response. I have tried to call, and never got anyone. They still send me emails telling me to buy the same computer I ordered, that they will not send me. I will be reporting them to the bbb on Thursday. Do not give tiger direct your money. You may get ripped off like me.

While the prices are great, I can't comment on the product quality as I haven't received it yet. Lost by the shipper. But when I called to check on this, that's when things went south. The first call ended abruptly when I expressed my displeasure at them not using the carrier I requested (I was firm, not yelling), they hung up on me. Second call ended when I asked to speak to a manager. Third call ended when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English as a native language. 4th call was dropped after they connected me to FedEx. They should have at least stayed on the line to verify that the package was being found. I have to say, I will NEVER but another item from Tiger Direct.

Purchased 3 laptops for my business on Thursday, paid for expedited 2-Day Air shipping. Checked the order the following Tuesday and the hadn't even processed my payment. I spoke with Christopher, operator #7102 and he doesn't get customer service... at all. I tried to have them sent next day air and he kept re-explaining my problem without apology or solution. After I requested to speak with a supervisor, he placed on a permanent hold. Likely the first and last time I will be buying from them.

I called Tiger direct and gave them my printer's model number and they helped me purchase 3 ink cartridges. Upon receipt, I knew right away that they were not the right cartridges. I called them right away and they told me that I will have to call HP and that Tiger Direct could not help me. HP decline any sort of return or exchange and told me to call Tiger back which I did. It took a lot of holding, hang ups and lying to finally accept the returns. I had to pay for shipping, of course, and several weeks later, nothing. I had to call, email, stay on hold forever and finally was told that I will get a refund minus 20% restocking fee. I was ok with that. I finally got refund for 2 cartridges instead of 3. I had to call back and got transferred to 4 different representatives, 3 of them extremely rude and demeaning and assured me that I got all my money and needed to check with my bank. They told me it was my bank's mistake. After calling the fourth time today, I was told that they escalated the matter and finally got my last piece of the refund and they were "very sorry for the misunderstanding". Never gain and I don't believe anyone should beg and hold this long for their fair request of refund which was their own fault to start with.

Stay away, you will never see your refund

If I can put lest rating I will, I buy a computer, didn't come as I request,( Was dirty and broken) I didn't even use, same day I receive I call to return, take a while to receive email back from them, i keep calling customer service, NO help, finally after calling almost every day they send me the order to return, I shipped back now it is more than two month I don't have my refund. STAY AWAY FROM TIGGERDIRECT. I am still waiting for my refund

I ordered my Macbook Air from Tiger Direct and the battery doesn't last more than 4 hours. I am still trying to return it with no help from their customer service. They told me it takes a week to get the label, then, I was promised the label the next day, twice. Still nothing. I am extremely disappointed and I do not trust they will return my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought a Dell Laptop ($800) and after just a day the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I called them they offered a replacement. Sent back laptop, got replacement, the hard drive died in under 6mo. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Tip for consumers:
They don’t care the amount of work you put on it or files you load. “Send it back” like you have nothing better to do than just sit around and wait. Here’s an idea…how about build a solid laptop to begin with and deliver what you promise. NEVER AGAIN!

Paid for a webcam. No mention at all on their website that the unit was not in stock. Days later I receive an email saying it's back-ordered. No one at TigerDirect answers the phone or responds to chat inquiries. Total scam. Do not do business with this company unless you enjoy throwing money away.

So I know that this company has many positive reviews but that is not helping me out at all.
On 10/9/2021 I ordered a refurbished laptop from tiger direct. I received the item in a box that had no signs of damage whatsoever. The laptop was wrapped in cellophane and the bezel on the monitor half of the laptop was coming apart and there was a giant bubble where the headphone jack was. I e-mailed them on 10/13/2021 and stated the issues. On 10/14/2021 they requested photos which I provided on the same day I took photos of the shipping box and the damaged laptop. After arguing for the price of the restocking fee which they finally waved I agreed to a product exchange that they said would take 5-7 business days for a return label which I thought was excessive but agreed to. It is now 11/1/2021 and still no label (11 business days). I have emailed them to remind them after 6 business days and told them to forget the exchange and just get me a refund with label. Still nothing. I have been more than patient and I don't understand why I am being treated this way.

Awful money grubbing company. I've been without a computer for 3 months because internally they produce broken computers and have terrible customer service with their ADATA manufacture. Overall, I've probably made we'll over 30 calls and collectively over 8 hours on the phone with them. I ordered a Xenia laptop which was great at first, but after a week of using it, the screen became distorted and no matter what I did, it did not fix it. I called about 7 times and every time they gave me a different answer and how to return it, whether I needed approval from the manufacturer and more. To top it off, they never followed up with their calls while they constantly told me they would via call or email. It took me a month before they let me send it back and before they wanted pictures of the packaging which I had fortunately saved. I ever took the Xenia laptop beyond my room or even treated it the abuse that typical laptops would weather, but it broke regardless. It took a month before I received a new computer and at first it was fine as well, but I would try to play a standard FPS game (Overwatch) and the screen would suddenly power off. I thought maybe it was the power saving or maybe it needed a hard-reset, but no- nothing I did fixed it. So I had to call everyday over 4 weeks to finally get an answer. At this point I wanted a refund and they said that would be good. I waited 3 business days before calling back (they told me 24 hrs) that my refund had been denied because it was beyond the return date which mind you, expired while the first computer that broke was in transit to be replaced. The lady then had the audacity to say I should have read the fine print and I told her that I didn't expect their computer to break on me twice and for me to need a third replacement. These two returns occurred between the months of Oct. 20th, 2021 to Feb. 7th, 2022 and I was in my final semester of college without a computer and $1300, so they royally $#*!ed me. Not only were they inconsistent with their communication, but they were rude, never gave me the right directions, made me pay for return shipping the second time (no clue why it was free for the first if this was policy), gave me 3 incorrect phone numbers to the manufacturing company where they said I needed a warranty number and so I had to call the next day to tell them their extension numbers were wrong (while explaining the 2nd replacement because they always confused the first). So, I never got my money back, got a third computer I ended up selling at a huge loss and they were rude to me the entire time, even when I was on the brink of tears with frustration. So do yourself a favor, for the love of God do not purchase from Tiger Direct. They are God awful. Spend your money on a company that values their costumers and won't send them on a wild goose chase for 4 months.
