Upset mother - I bought a necklace and bracelet for my daughter for her 16th birthday which I thought was Tiffany Jewelry and then after she wore the necklace maybe 6 times, the closure broke off of the necklace. I called the Tiffany and company number and they stated to me that where I bought this from was a website that was fake. I have emailed the company several times and have not heard anything from them. Nice hugh?
This jewelry site sells Tiffany & Co jewelry. Don't buy from here! Once you get your jewerly if there is any problem at all you cannot cnontact anyone to do an exchange or get a refund! There is no contact number and when you email them you never receive a response. The website says you can do a return if you send it back within one day of receiving the item, but there is no return address on the invoice you receive! A complete ripoff!
