Ordered 3 t's in June. Already paid thru PayPal. Have not received the t's yet. Have made several attempts to find out the status of my orders. Phone rings busy continually. Please extend me the courtesy you contacting me with a date of delivery.
The service is slow and then when you get your order, it is screwed up. At least ours was. We have placed two orders from this place. A shirt from the first order had a big hole in it and on the second one, a shirt was noticeably longer on the right side than on the left. They want me to pay to have it shipped back to them to get a refund. That is not going to happen! I have given them enough of our money!
I ordered 2 shirts on June 21 and still have not received them. I emailed 5 days ago checking on my order but never heard back. I need the shirts by tomorrow so they will be returned if I don't receive them on time.
Made order on June 24th. Have not received product. Wrote them about missing product. They answered that they are behind, and I should wait more. Now it's August 1, and I still have received nothing. Time to ask for my money back!
I got the email saying my order was confirmed. A couple weeks later I got an email saying my package was delivered. I never received said package. I emailed them because in the email it stated in bold letters that if there is an issue or if you didn't receive your item to contact them (red flag?). I haven't heard anything back other than two emails asking me to rate them.
This place is a joke. 1st order was perfect, 2nd order delayed until reaching out, then received 3 days later. 3rd order placed over a month ago, and no valid email or phone to contact anyone. No 'real' street address to inquire about my order. Check the reviews - not many others have promising reviews in the last few weeks either. See for yourself
While the tie dye on the shirts is beautiful, they use all sorts of different types of t shirts so the sizing is wildly inconsistent. I requested a return via email because they have no number to call and no return address listed on the website, and they have been unresponsive and have not provided me with a return label after a week
I had ordered 3 shirts…with shipping, my total came to about $70.00. The shirts were divided into 2 shipments. I received neither of these shipments. I understand the packages were signed for, however, the packages were never delivered to me. I was informed by the front desk attendant here at my building that often packages get delivered to the next apartment building. I even witnessed that happen to a fellow renter with her dinner order and she retrieved it. I wrote an email advising I never got either shipment and received a reply that since they were signed for I was basically out of luck. I was a repeat shopper with the company but now will never order from them again due to that response.
I waited a month to get the shirt that I ordered. I emailed them a couple times with no response. When I contacted PayPal, I finally got the shirt after that. I love the shirt & others that they have but will never order from them again!
I placed this order over a month ago. Your phone line doesn't work and your customer service email bounces back. I have reported this company to my credit card company as well as BBB.
Seems like a scam and then out of nowhere my stuff is randomly shipped over a month later?
I have not received my purchase. I have reached out to the merchant multiple times to request a status update, cancel and request a refund. Merchant would not honor my request to cancel or receive a refund. I have reached out to my bank to dispute the purchase. Hopefully, others are having better luck. Unfortunately, I will not be doing future business with this merchant.
First of all I placed my order May 31,2022 not June 12,2022! I have confirmation e-mail of that. I canceled my order after I did not receive it for my friends birthday after June 13,2022. Then I received only 1 shirt in the mail. Still am being told it's on the way! I expressed that I do not want it. I want $23.95 credited to my PayPal account! Very terrible service and company!
