Pretty hard to get them to get someone to call you, they may eventually call i guess, i will update how long when or if i hear from them.

I think an XL would do fine,that is what i order, i like my shirts to fit losely, size large would also work if you like them more fitted,these tees are true to size and they are longer they hit me about mid thigh and i love it.Hope this helps you.
