My issue is not with the quality of the product my daughter loves it. Was going to return it for a smaller size. But shipping is not free for returns with this vendor. Now we may have to keep it as I don't wish to pay for return shipping.

I bought a sweater dress two weeks ago, the dress is perfectly tailored. It's well made and the materials used are of very good quality. The dress is not shinny, I was afraid it might be but I was wrong. I chose the size according to the size chart and it fits perfectly! The delivery was made on time. I am really happy with my purchase, I will buy more dresses from here for sure!
I received one item of my order several months after I had made the order. The other was not sent. When I asked for a refund, they refused, offered me a coupon and insisted I pay for shipping, The item I ordered with the coupon was not in stock, but they took over a month to tell me - I had to send several emails asking where my purchase was. I asked for a refund, but they said they did not have the authority to refund me. They offered another coupon, but again, the item bought with the coupon was not in stock. I was able to get a refund on PayPal for the shipping costs, but I had to escalate my dispute to a claim of fraud. I have lost the money for the original purchase. Now they've offered a coupon, but they ignore emails that ask for the coupon number.
I wore the dress to a outdoor event and my friends were stopping me to compliment on the vibrant color and style- I wore it with a jean jacket- so stylish! The skirt is cool and has the right length. Not so official so for an outdoor event it was perfect.
This product came in on time and it's absolutely beautiful. I kind of ordered this a little last minute, but it doesn't matter because I ordered this and it came within a matter of about a week. It's beautiful and it fits comfortably.The lace up back is so cute and it's like no other dress I've ever had.
