This is the third time I purchased from tictacarea.com. All the Casios I bought from them have the lowest price even compared to eBay. Shipping is free but takes a little while to arrive from Spain (about 2 weeks to Canada, then 5-7 days within Canada after released by customs). I got away from duties the first time only, but this has nothing to do with the seller. Overall excellent and reliable service!

Its now end of March and this company claims that they have not received the returns item even though I have evidence to claim that the item had arrived at an intended returns address. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

Ordered a watch back in December, arrived in January but then decided to return the watch as didn't like it. Had to pay £13 handling fee for transfer to the Netherlands. Its now end of March and this company claims that they have not received the returns item even though I have evidence to claim that the item had arrived at an intended returns address. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.

It is quite astonishing that despite having received free shipping on your initial order, you now expect us to take responsibility for the loss of the package you sent back. Our records do not show receipt of the returned item, and it is the sender’s duty to track and insure their return packages.

We have fulfilled our obligations by providing clear return instructions and timely responses. The handling fee you paid is a standard charge for international returns and does not cover shipping insurance, which is recommended for such situations.

I've purchased a £55 cost watch, but because the description didn't give all details (like the watch's radius) the watch was to small on twist. The delivery time had longer than 10 days, and when I've tried, and I've contacted with the customer service, I've run out of the 14 DAYS, what's the refund policy. Luckily someone is helped to me, and he has agreed to the refund, so I've sent it back, BUT some MF is refused my parcel, so I've lost my watch, and the post cost as well.

One of the worst experience as they are not professional at all. My watch stopped working and they are bargains to replace and it takes them till now 1 month of communication and because I left 1 star review about them they said we will not replace the watch unless you remove the one star review.
Don't deal or buy from them as they are really not professional

Really happy with the service I got. Asked a couple of questions via email before ordering and got a quick and efficient reply. No import duties or additional taxes to pay either so that was good. It's a fantastic watch packed full of useful features. Highly recommended.

My wife ordered a watch for me as a Christmas present in November and it reached California on January but IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR. Contacted their refunda department for an exchange and the CEO himself (supposedly) replied offering to exchange for the right watch or get a surprise discount... We asked for the exchange. Got a reply a week after offer the discount or a exchange again, I kindly asked for the exchange again and got ghosted after that. No more replies, I contacted them on Instagram and they blocked me, I wrote with a different email and they ignored that one too. This company is a F*CKING JOKE. I would not risk my money ordering from this irresponsible and childish people. You have been warned.

You will be ignored by the CEO himself if you try to apply for an exchange or a refund.

DO NOT order a Lladro from this company. THEY ARE ONE BIG SCAM. There prices are lower than others for a reason. They have poor packaging which in my case the product arrived broken. They have done nothing to answer my call or reply to my email to fix the problem over a period of 3 months. As a matter of fact, I have tried calling during their business hours and NO ONE answers and you can't leave a message. The CEO Juan Carlos makes promises but does nothing to follow through. STAY FAR AWAY! THEY WOULD GET NO STARS FROM ME, BUT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW.

Tip for consumers:
Do not purchase from them unless you live in Madrid and can physically return it yourself.

Tras recibir un reloj precioso de una marca que tiene relojes de caucho (también mascarillas y foulares) muy originales y con un estilo "graffiti". Éste tenía la imprimación 'animal print' en mal estado y el color se habia borrado como de un desgaste nada lógico con el poco tiempo de uso (2 meses máximo y no usándolo continuamente)
Al avisarles, ell@s han contactado co la marca y en menos de 48h tenía uno nuevo en casa. Todo un acierto, gracias.

Stock item on website (Skagen watch band). Placed order, card charged, then told it's a special order. 3 weeks later, still not shipped, and no communication from them. I canceled order and got a full refund. I appreciate that they did that, and didn't continue to waste my time saying that the order would be shipped (eventually.) Simply should have stated on the product page that this was backordered or a special order - would not have have a dissatisfied customer.

Subject: Complaint about a product not received

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to state that I am Tashreeq and I am a resident of South Africa, Cape Town 7945

I am writing this letter to inform that on 2021-03-31, I placed an order for Watch Casio AE-1200WHD-1AVEF using your platform having Order ID RU*******NL. I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered in plus minus 20-30 days shipping but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.

I honestly don't appreciate the lack of communication you have as well as not responding to the fact that I clearly stated " I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE ITEM AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND", reason being as I ordered the watch as a gift for a friend and look its been a month since his birthday has passed and I had to buy something else to replace the item I bought from your company and gifted him something else. Also you re ordered my item after I insisted a refund and then didn't even bother sending it with a better courier company in order for me to receive the item in plus minus 10-15days if shipped. Coming to my conclusion I have been waiting for 4, nearly 5 months for the item and yet I have not got a call or any sort of decent response to what I requested.

I will be taking this matter into my own hands by exposing this very letter that I'm sending over every social media platform so that other people can know the type of customer service " TicTacArea" gives towards a customer that has repeatedly been making contact with the company and yet no effort has been done to resolve this matter.

Kindly please refund my cash paid for the item ASAP or please get my item sent by a faster courier that your company should be help liable to pay as the shipping information is misleading on your platform. I mean its goin to be 5 months since I ordered the item and I have never waited this long with any other company before. I even ordered a item on another platform in May 2021 and I received the item just under 30 days as stipulated on their website. The experience I've endured with this company makes me never want to purchase ever again even though I can honestly say your company has the best and quality gifted items but this isn't fair upon me as a customer to be experiencing such poor communication from a company of this standard.

They will give you the run around and never ship your item (like in my case) or ship a broken or completely different thing. Stay far away.
Update: Tictacarea claims this is a fake review. But the site has confirmed my order. Otherwise, this would be removed once Tictacarea tried to lie and flag the review. Instead of trying to lie to potential customers, own your faults and mistakes and change for the better..

I ordered a watch from tictacarea, but the watch did not match the description of the product in their website. When I requested to return the product I was told that I received the watch I ordered but the description was incorrect. I guess I should have known that the watch was not going to match the description on the website. The 2 pictures I am adding will show the original description of the watch and the new one that the company added after my request to return the watch. Not a reputable company. Compare the features in both descriptions.

However, the description mistakenly states it is a Ferrari. Upon receiving the Skoda at the price of a Skoda, you then complain that it is not a Ferrari. Despite the incorrect description, the item received is precisely what was depicted and referenced.

UPDATE: The support was able to resolve the issue and everything seems to be fine now. There was a technical issue with the bank transfer.

I ordered a watch payed for it then it cancelled the order automatically. According to customer service i should try again / transaction will be automatically reversed. Tried again with another bank account, same issue. Money is gone.

Bought a Fossil necklace which lasted exactly a week. So I got in touch with them asking for a solution and got one reply asking for photos, which i did sent immediately... and then nothing, even after several reminders from my side.
This is poor (or better no) customer service at all. This company only seems to be interested in the quick buck.

Been waiting since I placed my order in October 2020, one parcel sent never arrived in Canada despite claims that it had, second replacement shipment never got further than a label having been made. I have sent close to a dozen emails trying to get something done with TicTacArea and they have been completely uncooperative. It is now nearing the end of April and all of my requests for a full refund have been ignored completely. Avoid these scammers unless you want to be without your money and have nothing to show for it.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid the hell out of TicTacArea. Complete scammers, there’s a reason they don’t accept PayPal!

In may 2019 I bought smart-watches Fossil Sport FTW6022 at tictacarea.com as a present for my wife.

Firstly all was good - we receaived watches in about two weeks and were completely satisfied. But in two or three weeks of using - a part of watch case was broken. I wrote to tictacarea and send a photo. They told me to send watches back for repair.

In the end of July we sand back the watches and in the middle of October we got it back. Total time passed from departure to arrival - 84 days - it's rather long I consider because in my country garanty repair can't last more than 45 days.

But the problem is that after getting watches from repair we can't turn it on. It doesn't react on charging - we tried many times and for several hours.

I wrote to tictacarea.com about it - they adviced me to try another charger. But I got no other charger - it's unique for Fossil smartwatch and I coudn't find it any shop nearby.

I wrote to tictacarea.com one more time and asked for another decision or money refund. And got no answer - fist time I wrote October 25, then October 29 and the last time - today November 6.

Although I hope that we can resolve the situation - the next time I'll prefer to buy the watches at other place not to be alone with possible problems.

I give zero. I ordered watches Christmas gift for my little kid on Nov 2020. I didn't get it yet and they do not responding to my emails. They provide me tracking number which shows only label created they even didn't ship my items. I will call my credit company to get refund due to not responding. I really had worst experience whit them.
I wrote several emails I tired no responded. I really disappointed.
