Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to state that I am Tashreeq and I am a resident of South Africa, Cape Town 7945
I am writing this letter to inform that on 2021-03-31, I placed an order for Watch Casio AE-1200WHD-1AVEF using your platform having Order ID RU*******NL. I would regret to inform you that the above-said order was supposed to be delivered in plus minus 20-30 days shipping but as of now I have not received any deliveries from your side. Being so late for product delivery is not what I expected from a reputed company like yours.
I honestly don't appreciate the lack of communication you have as well as not responding to the fact that I clearly stated " I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE ITEM AND WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND", reason being as I ordered the watch as a gift for a friend and look its been a month since his birthday has passed and I had to buy something else to replace the item I bought from your company and gifted him something else. Also you re ordered my item after I insisted a refund and then didn't even bother sending it with a better courier company in order for me to receive the item in plus minus 10-15days if shipped. Coming to my conclusion I have been waiting for 4, nearly 5 months for the item and yet I have not got a call or any sort of decent response to what I requested.
I will be taking this matter into my own hands by exposing this very letter that I'm sending over every social media platform so that other people can know the type of customer service " TicTacArea" gives towards a customer that has repeatedly been making contact with the company and yet no effort has been done to resolve this matter.
Kindly please refund my cash paid for the item ASAP or please get my item sent by a faster courier that your company should be help liable to pay as the shipping information is misleading on your platform. I mean its goin to be 5 months since I ordered the item and I have never waited this long with any other company before. I even ordered a item on another platform in May 2021 and I received the item just under 30 days as stipulated on their website. The experience I've endured with this company makes me never want to purchase ever again even though I can honestly say your company has the best and quality gifted items but this isn't fair upon me as a customer to be experiencing such poor communication from a company of this standard.
