I say that the tickets were 16 dlls for Padres game and I thought it was a great deal but I still expected the price to go up with fees and taxes but no! Each ticket was exactly 16 dlls. I was happily surprised.

Entire process was great. Got a little complicated when tickets needed to be transferred to ticket master and accepted. Only negative thing would be that tickets I purchased dropped in price by $70 dollars after I purchased them. Some kind of price drop guarantee would be a good addition, even if it's in credits for future purchases.

I purchased tickets to see Usher performance in Philly. I was a bit hesitant purchasing from third party resale. The tickets were approx $100 less than purchasing thru Ticketmaster, Stubhub etc. The tickets were valid and we had no problems getting in the venue.

We bought tickets for a recent baseball game - when we got to our seats they were already occupied. We all went to the ticket office and the stadium confirmed our tickets were fraudulent and we couldn't sit in the seats we paid for on TickPick. I've already reached out to the help desk but haven't received a resolution or refund. We are wildly disappointed to say the least
I beg you, please Do Not Purchase Tickets in this site unless you want to lose your money. My tickets were never sent I tried to contact them several times through text,email and calling. I paid extra for Fed Ex which was a scam. They refuse any and all refunds. I don't know why they haven't been shut down. I plan to advise friends and go on line to tell people about what goes on at this so called company. Please go to another site, even if it ends up costing more. Just for Peace of Mind knowing you will receive your tickets. They are complete SCAMMERS!
The game was a lot of fun, and the closest I've ever been to the field! Because we weren't charged a bunch of fees associated with buying tickets, we were able to get a better view. Glad we got to go!

The flag experience on the field was Awesome from carrying flag on to the field and opening up and being there hearing national anthem. Everyone in stadium focus on you and the flag. It was truly great experience. I think areas of improvement could be more tables in TickPick Lounge there where not enough to eat food. Also no information where to go ahead of time such as official start time and location of flag experience always asking someone where too go.
We usually go to the home opener but missed it 2024 so we made up for it. The tickets were a great deal so we got them. Wow what an experience! We didn't realize we got Diamond club seats. The seats were comfortable and we had perks we didn't know existed. The ticket transaction went smoothly. And the Phillies won. Will definitely be back.
Seats were incredible and price was also! Only thing is ticket master wouldn't release and unlock my ticket info until an hour before the event. Not sure if that is their normal process, if so it wasn't explained during the purchase through tickpick.
