Id give them 0 if i could. Absolutely awful to work with. They screwed me over for a car rental. Saying you will receive an email 48 hours prior. Received no email till the day before, and when you try and go in to manage the booking it will not allow you to change anything, I had to purchase a whole new car rental because of this and they just keep sending me the same generic email over and over. They are horrible to work with. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Bought two tickets for the museum for specific time in August - got there and the museum was closed for renovation and wouldn't be open until October! Tried to get refund - forget it!

Recently I've made two purchases. The first one, I did not get the tickets emailed to me. I called & waited over an hour, then the call back did not ring and I had to start all over. The second time, I purchased two tickets and only got one in my email. I went thru the same wait times, over an hour.

Ticket at work is a scam. I did a car rental through ticket at work but I could not rent the car because I did not have a credit card so the airport rental didn't allow me to rent the car. I ask ticket for a refund but they deny me and would not allowed me a refund. I call them so many times and they wouldn't even give me a damn reason or explanation as to why I could not get my refund. So what? I'm going lose 700 hundred to god damn rental car that I didn't even get to use.

Tickets at Work refused to refund costs of tickets after we were refused entry to Doobie Brothers concert in Oct 2021. We were told by Mohegan Sun the tickets we held electronically were used and that they had been resold.

I purchased hotel reservations right before this whole Covid-19 travel ban. I ended up having to cancel just a couple days after the purchase. I was assured that the refund would be no problem, but it has been months! Yes, they send emails every week or so, but this is a scam. They should be able to refund the money within a reasonable amount of time. Now I am being forced to pay for this trip that I obviously cannot take. Times are hard for everyone right now and I have to pay off a credit card that should have been refunded. So disappointed and wonder if I will ever get my money back. I will never EVER use them again! I do NOT recommend using this site. Other sites are cheaper anyway.

Had to pay up front for Hotel room, discount seemed great, but after paying and getting email confirmation got another email saying we do not have the room you selected, talked to customer service and the room still shows up on their website but not available and my money won't get refunded for 7 days. Thanks for nothing.

We apologize but as a 3rd party the hotel rooms we sell comes from various hotel suppliers. If a room is popular it can get sold out in minutes causing another order to be cancelled depending on availability. Our team will definitely try to rebook the same room for the guest but it will depend on availability. If a hotel cannot be chosen then a refund will be honored to the guest. Thanks.

Bought tickets to a game. 150.00 out of my account immediately. An hour later got a email saying that my purchase was rejected due to high command. 3-7 business day's for refund. How can I purchase something and then the seller decide he's not selling it to me after I purchased it.
