Booked two round trip flights to Vegas for my birthday yesterday 4/12, didn't even receive the work discount I was supposed to receive even after logging in through my work email. Woke up this morning to an email stating my bookings were cancelled due to payment not being processed, when there is a pending charge on my account that clearly is going to go through. Then to read reviews that are absolutely terrible about this site is scary when my trip is 2 weeks away.
I bought tickets to a monster truck show.
1.The tickets did not indicate adult or child.
2. Tickets were $67 each.
3. Actual website: adult $40 and children $10.
4. Called twice and they said there is nothing they can do.

I received the package within the 15 business days previously informed, however the chair is full of iron rust under the seat. This chair was kept wet for a long time! And the caster are really used. I am so disappointed and now realized that the promotion was too good to be true! I want a new chair or my money back. Here we go again with CS experience…!

This is just absolutely the most unprofessional, rude, and irritating company I have ever dealt with! We made reservations via Ticket Works and cancelled 3 days before. We spoke to 3 different customer service rep and all three gave different information and still did not receive a refund! It's crazy how quickly they take the money from your account but it takes 5 months to get it back! Please do not use ticket works! They should be banned!

TicketsAtWork is available to me through my employment and I have used them on multiple occasions. I've purchased tickets to performances, theme parks, tours, and for hotel stays, all at a nice discount. I've referred several co-workers to this site, and they were also very pleased. Bought tickets to a game. 150.00 out of my account immediately. An hour later got a email saying that my purchase was rejected due to high command. 3-7 business day's for refund. How can I purchase something and then the seller decide he's not selling it to me after I purchased it.

I posted my negative experience with TAW and how I've been contacting them for over 3 months to get a refund and have gotten NOWHERE! After posting here and on a few more sites, Richard S reached out to me directly to resolve the complaint. Richard was very apologetic, and agreed I should not have rec'd such bad customer svc or waited so long for a refund. On the phone, Richard processed my refund and sent me a confirmation via email. Afterwards a few days later he made sure to confirm I rec'd the $$! What awesome follow thru! I wish my whole experience could have been this way. Please don't use this site, I am so regretful that I saved so little on my Disneyworld tickets vs how much time and energy I have put in over 3 months to get my close to $3k refund! Disney closed due to Covid, I had tickets for 3rd week in March 2020, asked for a refund and was told I would get one and have been chasing it ever since! What a joke! I've called 1-2 times a month since then to be on hold for close to an hour and then today they hung up on me! SO FRUSTRATING! Not worth it at all. Disney would have refunded me by now, this is such a joke.
UPDATE: I reached out to the social media team for tickets at work and within 24 hours my tickets were back in my hands. They did more for me in a day than anyone else i reached by phone or email did in 5 days! If you ever need assistance, social media is the way to go!
I only gave 1 star because zero wasn't an option. This place is an absolute joke! My account was hacked, the way my situation has been handled leads me to believe that it was hacked from within tickets at work. No one can fix anything and I've gotten the same runaround over and over! They some how can't retransfer or recall my tickets, but the tickets I purchased are being resold on ticketsatwork.com right now.

Ticket at work is a scam. I did a car rental through ticket at work but I could not rent the car because I did not have a credit card so the airport rental didn't allow me to rent the car. I ask ticket for a refund but they deny me and would not allowed me a refund. I call them so many times and they wouldn't even give me a damn reason or explanation as to why I could not get my refund. So what? I'm going lose 700 hundred to god damn rental car that I didn't even get to use.

After 7 months of going back and forth with NUMEROUS TAW representatives and being denied a VALID refund multiple times, Richard was able to contact me immediately after I reached out to the company that owns TAW & issued a refund that should be posting soon. My situation was not complicated, as I prepaid for a car rental, but upon arrival at the merchant, I had to add an additional driver. This created a new reservation with an entirely different rate. I used a different card to pay for this reservation at the merchant and ONLY USED THAT ONE CAR. I NEVER saw a refund for the prepaid $229, even though I paid $254 + $200 deposit at the merchant. After submitting several claims, TAW representatives kept claiming that they could not issue a refund because "the car was used" & "their partners denied my claim." WHAT PARTNERS? Because I reached out to the merchant directly and even provided an invoice with the new reservation breakdown & the last four of the other card I used as proof that I DID NOT & COULD NOT go through with the prepaid reservation due to adding another driver at the merchant.
I was beyond fed up, but thankfully, Richard called me immediately after my final attempt to attempt to get my money back. There was no way I was paying $483 for a 5 day Chevy Malibu rental. He was understanding, efficient, and DEFINITELY recommend anyone who is dealing with something similar and feeling defeated or ignored to try and reach out to him or anyone similar.

I purchased tickets for JoJo Siwa in February last year (before corona) and kylie even paid for her own ticket ( at 5!) then corona happened, concert got rescheduled to July, 2021. Awesome! We will attend!
Now, yesterday, the JoJo concert was rescheduled AGAIN, to February of 2022! We cannot make this event any longer and have been told that we cannot get a refund, unless the event is cancelled.
I understand that is your normal policy. But these are NOT normal circumstances! You have to adjust your customer service to fit the circumstances we are in as a NATION! I am beyond appalled by this as now I will be out almost $300 for tickets that again, my 5 year old used ALL of her birthday money to purchase!

They are great at making you feel like you're about to save money, receive awesome customer service, etc. Please either use another middle man or simply go direct even if it costs a few more bucks. I had an issue with car rental through tickets at work: things went sour, I was told they would help me obtain my money back, however within seconds I was told I would get nothing and the case was closed. No further investigation, no refund, no "first time user courtesy," NOTHING! Please don't be fooled. Please read through all reviews, as you'll see none are good. I wish CVS (my employer) would kill their contract with these liars and scammers.

I bought movie tickets and it ended up costing more than it would be going straight to the theater. No cancellation or refund were possible even after calling them multiple times as they claimed all sales are final. What's worse is when i went to redeem the tickets, AMC was charging additional fee so it was a huge mistake going through this company. This site is nothing but a third party site that charges higher rates than other travel sites. My company has a corporate account with them. I assumed being a corporate partner you would be able to get a decent deal. Not the case. They made over $200 on me for a four night stay in Charleston, SC. Do not use this site. Go to Expedia or Travelocity.

The blackout dates were not listed accurately. The site used a symbol between dates that did not clearly indicate the dates the ski mountain has as their Holiday dates. When I arrived to learn that the voucher was not going to be accepted, I needed to buy all new tickets at full price as my Family was waiting to enter.
Figured it would be resolved quickly with tickets at work and they said no refunds. This is your chance to move onto another site or make a right choice to completely avoid this fraudulent company. Customer service like this does not last long and in time, customers will make the final decision to their future. Based on the overwhelming negative reviews, I should have checked here first. Hope this helps you look elsewhere. I'm shocked at how many other people have found issues with customer service here.

I've been calling the customer service line for 2 days with no success. I've emailed them and I've filled out their contact form online several times. No one has called me or answer when I call. I've wait on hold for over an hour more than once. I've even entered my number a few times requesting a call back because the call column was too high and still nothing. I have tickets to Disney and it's closed due to corona virus and I need a refund or to reschedule. This is so annoying

Tickets at work charged additional fee then what was given to the hotel. Got to hotel and still had to pay extra money. Called and the customer service rep started yelling at us saying we were calling him a liar. Asked for supervisor and was on hold 15 min for the same rep to get back on and end the call. I sure hope they go and review the calls because that was the most unprofessional rep I have ever heard. Then to not get any funds back ended up paying 200$ more then going though the hotel directly. Selling "discounted" tickets for Universal Studios at 4 dollars less than standard. Figured 4 bucks is 4 bucks, might as well do it. Go to check out, and they add a laughable 14 dollar service fee, making the tickets more expensive than the actual Universal website. Dont waste your time with this company.
As a 3rd party and one of Universal's top sellers, our prices are actually negotiated directly with the partner and priced less than the gate price.
I purchased 6 tickets to a comedy show and after I purchased through ticket at works another person asked to be added. I called Tickets at work and bought an additional ticket to my reservation but come to find out it was just me buying an additional ticket and now they can't guarantee that the extra person will be seated with us at the event since they ticket was bought separately. I called back and spoke to two separate representatives to see what could be done to make sure we would all sit together and they were no help at all. It's frustrating they don't give you seating when you book through them. Just use TicketMaster to buy event tickets if available for the type of event you're looking for. You know you're exact seat assignments and it's actually cheaper to buy direct through TicketMaster. Never again will I use Ticket at Works!

Answer: Definitely not. They refused to refund a ticket I purchased after the airline cancelled and refunded them directly in 24 hours. It took me 4 months to FINALLY get my money back from them. They lied and kept saying they didn't receive it or that they had to confirm with a different department. They never let me speak to a supervisor or answered my numerous emails. They deliberately try to evade paying back your money! Never again will I book anything through them. Companies should not use them either. They have awful customer service. If you dont believe me check out their consumer ratings online. I am not alone.

Answer: A voucher is a receipt that you exchange with the company to receive an actual ticket. They don't control that process and will refuse any refund to you should anything go wrong. No clue what the actual process is for SeaWorld.
