Easy to use but not until I placed the order was I surprised with a high service fee. Not sure I would have considered if I knew before.

Easy, I have no problems ordering my tickets the biggest problem was was trying to decide which ones I wanted other than that it was easy as 123

The service fees are excessive however, the process was fairly easy. I would definitely revisit this site for my next concert. I'm excited!

Efficient, effective, easy and there exciting. The whole process was much easier than I expected and I have ordered on line tickets elsewhere from time to time and kind of dreaded the prospect of do so again but was very happily surprised.

Should at least provide information about place and time for ticket pick up immediately. Visitors that stay at hotels are often no familiar with New York.

I was very pleased with how quick and accessible everything was on the site. Checking out was easy. The service fees, however, are too damn high. Also, the "sales tax" wasn't included in my overall total, it was a random additional charge on to my account that I had to call and question. I ordered my Foo Fighters tickets as soon as possible and will update my review as soon as my tickets come in.

Mention should be made of the service fee much earlier on in the process of purchasing ticket as it gives misleading information about the cost of the transaction. Having to write this review is also not welcome.

Good this my first time use this site to buy anything off. It had descent selection one what i was looking for, the prices were lower than other sites fees about normal price but there need to be other ways of deliver other than email.
