The band was awesome. My experience purchasing and receiving my tickets was great. Accuracy of what I bought... not great. Advertised as a climate controlled vip box and it was NOT! Not happy with not getting what was listed. Not sure I will buy from you again because I can't trust the listing.

Daughter and friend get to concert only to be turned away due to voided tickets. I called to find out why the hard-stock tickets were automatically voided by venue and it turns out it was due to a problem with the people that printed and sent them to us. My daughter was very distraught to have the venue void her tickets and turn her away. We paid a lot of money to have a good experience for her and her friend, but that is not what happened.
The lady on the phone from your organization finally sent her a pdf with new tickets to resolve the issue. All she has now is the tears and chaos of being turned away and embarrassed. She finally was able to see the concert, but enjoyed it much less due to being traumatized by his incident. I will never see out tickets from TicketNetwork again and will dissuade others from the same. We are not happy about the incident.
Did not go. I'm sure the concert was amazing. But emergency arose and unable to go.
However, discovered that better seats became available thru the venue much cheaper. Will not use ticket network again. Many hidden "service" fees were tacked on to ticket price.

I would caution anyone using this service. You are attending an event in Canada and buying tickets from a reseller like ticket network. They are in the U.S. when I received my bill I couldn't believe the charges! I called and was told that it stated in U.S. funds before I hit submit. I am very sure it didn't. I ended up paying 452.00 for 2 tickets that I received with a face value of 103.00. The show was great but I would not have bought the tickets at that price

I loved the venue and also the groups performing. However, the seats we purchased were overpriced. The value was just not good. Will be shopping for a better deal next year.

We had a very good time. Feel though with buying tickets from a 3rd party is kind of a rip off as we thought we were buying good seats, but ended up on the far end of the corral and was hard to see. Thank goodness for the large TV s green.

We found the concert to be excellent... Luke Bryan was wonderful. He puts on a terrific show. I like the way he had the opening acts come on stage and do a song with him also. We first saw him at PNC when he was the opening act for Jason Aldean. He's come a long way in a fairly short period of time. I wish him all the best.
