I¨m a fan of Melody Gardot and came all over from Buenos Aires to Toronto to see her (and other shows as well). I got the ticket on line a couple of weeks before the show and had no problem whatsoever to get my seat and go and see a great show.
Everything was like expected and more.

The only problem I had was looking for my car. I didn't know the stadium so after so many hours in the concert and tier I had to walk farther looking for my car.

I was ripped off!
Back in April I ordered tickets for Chris Cornell.
I specifically ordered two tickets in the orchestra
Row K seat 22 and 24 for $135.00 each.
What I actually received was row K seat 22 and 24 In t he LAST row in the theater.
When I was shown our seats I was mortified. Chris Cornell is my wife's favorite musician and we were in the last row of the house. I will never ever use this service again. Face value on the ticket is $56.00. I got ripped off for over $100.00 per ticket after service fees and taxes. There is no way I made a mistake, I chose my seats very carefully, I would never have chosen the last row in the house and I picked this site over a competitor because of the availability in the orchestra.
Shame on you for ripping me off and shame on me for not checking and double checking the order and waiting until being seated to find out.

What a gift we received! Was absolutely miserable due to other attendees of this concert. Waited a long time in my life to see Sting, finally got the chance this year and it was metaphorically shat on by concert goers of Camden. I will never, as long as o live, attend any concert ever again in Camden New Jersey.
The play was amazing but I was not able to use the tickets that I originally purchased from TicketNation. I was called the day before and informed that both parties had to be in wheelchairs! My confirmation plainly stated that "These seats are wheelchair accessible IF necessary. Chairs will be provided for non-wheelchair customers." When I read this to the lady from TicketNation her comment was well that is usually the case but not this time! So, she was suppose to be trying to get me two more tickets in the place of my original tickets and I was told she would get back with me that night or first thing the next morning (the morning of the play). I never heard back from her. I began trying to call while on my way from Huntsville to Birmingham and got no answer - I left 2 messages. So, I just went to the BJCC Will call where my tickets were suppose to be and they had never heard of me or TicketNation! I finally got someone to call me back and they have promised me a FULL refund. I had to buy 2 more tickets and they were not even together. I was NOT happy at all with TicketNation and will never use them again.
I just got nervous being able to access the tickets so late but other than that, it all worked out great.

Great concert. The weather was perfect, seats were great, fans were partying and the music was unbelievable. Thomas Rhett stole the show on Saturday and we became new fans of Aaron Lewis. Lewis has that old time country soul that many are missing today. Dierks Bentley and Randy Houser had the whole stadium involved in their performances on Sunday. With the Swon Brothers opening, Luke Bryan closing and FGL rocking it out, what a day! And then the CAVS won. It was a night to put in the history books. See you next year.

Had to get the tickets through a secondary party. I never received my e-mail confirmation because of a typo. Had to call two times to get it right. Didn't get the pick up info until right before show time. Very confusing info regarding picking up tickets. Was told to get tickets at will call and person at the window gave me trouble, said the order number was under a different name and was for six tickets not the two I ordered. Held up the line for a long time, embarrassed me and my date but finally got the tickets. I hope I wasn't charged for 6 tickets, Ticket Boat was the agent that was supposed to give me the tickets. Big cluster f#$%. Ultimately the show was great, glad I brought Tums with me.

Whoopie is one of those incredible women who are exactly who we think that they are. Whoopie is a straight-shooting, truthful, tell-it-like-it-is woman. She is wonderfully funny & hard-hitting. Having her relate her, personal female-related issues makes me feel as if she has been along on my personal, life journey. My husband & I laughed out loud. At times, I often got teary eyed.
Not everyone would be as brave as to allow audience questions; however, she did.
Some people, not believing what she said at the beginning of her show. They asked her to quote Ghost or sing something from Sister Act. There are always those who behave badly.
Personally, I would like to know why she was hesitant about coming to Texas. The audience, myself include, loved her & what she represents, honesty & integrity.

We were scammed! Thought the event was a live concert and when we really dug in found out it was a 'visual performance'! When I purchased the $1,000 yickets for my wife she cried because she was so happy to finally see Kanye is concert! She loves Kanye and what he's about. Anyway, tried to get a refund from ticket network and they said H**ll no! All this way from Boise Idaho, no concert and out $1,000. We didnt even go! What a bust!

The comedy was amazing. We couldn't understand why the merchandising booths closed so soon after the show. Tshirts were a little nondescript, however, but we would've still wanted to purchase a couple. The booths closed down 20 minutes after the show started. Concert was fabulous. The two voices melded perfectly.
