I bought tickets yesterday spent more than 500$ on them and still can not download my tickets! I have verified my identity, and my bank has already deducted the fee's. I have called customer service several times only to be immediately placed on hold for more than 10min each time! I have sent an email & have had no response 12 hours later! So far I am very unsatisfied!

Clicked on this site by accident. Saw the price for two tickets right behind home plate and was leery wondering if it was legit. Took a chance and am NOT disappointed! Wonderful, easy, fast and lower price than any other site I looked at!

Ticket taking was unorganized. VIP ticket holders went right in, which is fine. However, regular ticket holders had to stand outside until 6:00 p.m. but at 6:00 p.m. we were told that due to "traffic" the VIP ticket holders were late taking pictures so we had to continue to stand outside. When they finally let us in, there was confusion about seating for us. PLUS-Tasha Cobb was a no show! Her name and pic were on the ticket but miraculously disappeared at the show. NO EXPLANATION WAS GIVEN. Disappointing. Overall, a good show, just needs better planning and organization AND the people we paid to see need to show or at least have an explanation for not showing!

Although the ordering process was quite simple, the service fees of $39.++ at the end greatly changed the price listed. I missed those costs and because I was in a hurry added $117.00 to my order of 3 tickets. I wish those additional fees were listed in larger type along with the listed price, not in the finer print towards the end.

I ordered tickets and then was asked for my passport or driver's license to be scanned. There is no reason to give this information over the computer a credit card and name are perfectly legit. I did not complete my order and went with someone else
Quick. Pretty easy to do. I expect this to be a sellout so i got them before ticketmaster opened up the sales. I may have paid extra but not much. This is a small venue for Elton John.

You need to double check your email addresses. I'm getting these emails and I have not purchased any tickets. I have no idea whose account this is. You are sending this to an iCloud account. Not a good way to communicate with your customers.
Some websites do not have ticket fees... so when I purchased my tickets from you, I thought there was not additional ticket fee. The system did show a service delivery fee(ridiculous) of $7.95, so I went forward with the purchase. I gave my husband the seat numbers and row number which he gave to his parents as these were Fathers/Mothers day presents. Once I click to purchase again the system still never told me ticket fees were $36.95. At this point I had to buy the tickets so I felt tricked into paying that outrageous fee. I definitely would have went to another site where fees were much lower, and they are out there. I will not use this site again.
