Call in to make my purchase told the lady I had a promo code for 10% off, she said she would do it after, she then put in my purchase but never took the promo code, should have saved 16 dollars not to mention service fees and delivery fees are basically the same price as buying a third ticket, wish they would just go back to the box offices rather then getting ripped off by ticket sites

While checking out tickets for UFC 214, I was charged again for a service fee of $202.38 making the total amount to 903 dollars. The original sale price for each seat was $343.00. Then apparently for "security authorization" reasons, I have to go through a hassle process including taking a picture of my credit card and filling out a form of my credit card information like the 903 dollars for the event wasn't enough. This site has terrible fraudulence of its actual price.

That security authorization only arises if there is some issue definitively confirming the identity of the cardholder. Ireland came to me! The venue was perfect, professional timing. I've waited so long for the moment to come and I've enjoyed every part of the show.
I've received a number of tickets which I didn't buy. The purchaser has the same name as me and you have the wrong email. I reported it but I continue to get spammed with all kinds of junk mail and thank yous. Please stop, if I were not so honest I could have used or sold these tickets which were worth thousands of dollars.
I would like a refund please for tickets and definitely for your service charges. Service did not work for me in Maine. I am going to let NCAA lacrosse know that this service is problematic.
I spoke to 2 people although I believe only one worked for Ticket network. That service was excellent. I am a Canadian citizen aged 71. I would been lost without her help. She was so friendly.
I do not know if this is relevant, I spoke to a man from Select-A-Ticket he was also help and both explained clearly what to do next.
The only sad part for me was Canada's poor rate of exchange making trip a little more expensive than I budgeted for. Over all a very good experience

The exchange is debilitating. The fees for two tickets to a standup comedy show ended up costing ~$70 after exchange. That's a very exorbitant fee for a third party vendor, don't you think?
Anyways, if that's what it costs to run a ecommerce website that is effective and fast, so be it.
