They sold another person the same ticket and did not even to get to see the concert. When I contacted them no support what so ever they wanted me eat the money. I paid a lot of money for a concert I couldn't even see.

Tickets I received were better seats than I bought, but not what I ordered. I ordered seats in the shade but the tickets I received were in tne sun. We were not able to use and had to leabve after a few innings.

I bought tickets to River Dance a few weeks before the show. The tickets arrived in plenty of time. The seats were better than we could've hoped (back row of the mezzanine, which gave us a chance to stand up and move around). All-in-all, everything was exactly as promised.

I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel the fees per ticket is just too much. Other than that I received my email to print out my tickets within minutes of processing the order.

Terrible terrible terrible... The weather was so bad where I stay. I called ticketmaster to see if I could get a refund for my tickets and I was told no. So I had a choice to make, either try to still go in bad weather or completely throw away 200.00 $ that I spent on the tickets. I decided to still try and make it. Well, in the process I completely spun my car out of control, luckily I didn't get hit or flip the car over. Because the weather was so Damn bad, we were extremely late to the show. We missed just about the entire damn show. I was pissed and still is. I feel that I should have a complete refund. I feel that this doesn't even deserve 1 star.
I paid $300 a ticket months before the event. There were plenty of tickets available for far less. I would not expect to pay triple face value when many tickets were still available.

On the website it doesn't really describe the Handicap parking area. So we had to figure that out. But the gentlemen on site were most helpful. Then we were told there was a shuttle to get our 94 year young to our seats. But we ended up walking. Which didn't end up being very far. Our seats in section 119 were the best ever. Couldn't have ask for any better seats. Since we dressed for the heat. Next time we might get the grass area because we had small kids with us. That would have worked in their favor. But over all you have a great stadium and we will be back. Sincerely, VLD

Excellent service. Tickets were to be mailed but there was a delay. A very nice lady from TicketNetwork called to let me know that they would be emailing my ticket. Within a few minutes my ticket was emailed to me. She also called back to let me know that they change the cost of the delivery.
This is the type of customer service missing in most companies today.

It was entertaining, but the acoustics in our section were so poor we couldn't understand what anybody said

What a bunch of rude and nasty employees! Worse place for tickets. Are refusing refunds for AC/DC. Yet their website says you get the seats you pay for. I paid for AC/DC at the Verizon Center on March 17 with Brian Johnson singing. He is not there and they are supposed to reschedule with a fill in! I paid for AC/DC. Since I am not getting the seats I paid for, i. E., AC/DC on March 17, I should get a refund but Ticket Network is refusing! Use a more reputable company. This place is horrible. STAY AWAY! Less than 0 stars!
