Wow! Such a scam-NEVER buy tickets from "THE TICKET MONSTER" aka Orlando Fun Tickets? Bought concert tics 5 months ago and the show is tomorrow. They are General Admission Tickets and they are telling me they have 1 hour before the show to get the tickets delivered or I will get a refund! Are you kidding Ticket Monster? I obviously wanted to go to the concert not drive 2 hours, pay for parking, miss the good seats, only to find out I don't have tickets! Not to mention waiting on hold 3 different times for over 20 minutes to hear this crap!
Worsest agency ever- completely unreliable. You will loose your money and will have nothing more than lots of trouble as many customers before.
We got scammed trying to buy concert tickets and lost over $150. Customer service was not at all helpful. Would not recommend
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The site glitches horribly and will have you order the wrong event and customer service is no help! They will just say sorry but will not help you. The tickets were for another date in another state and I was told to sell them! Not joking----do not trust them horrible liability.
I purchased 9 tickets from ticket monster for a concert 10 months before the concert. Two weeks prior to concert I am told that five of my tickets are no longer available and they gave me seats behind the stage. Was told that I could take those seats or get a refund and nothing else that they could do. So five of my friends go from front and center to not even seeing the stage. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS! GUARANTEE SEATS... not!
This company is a scam I bought a Sam's club card from them and it didn't work and now they will not refund my money after they said they would and this company loves to hang up on you and be rude!
Service is below contempt, prices jacked up, pictures misleading. Don't buy from these guys if you don't like being scammed for double the price for a subpar product
We ordered and paid nfl tickets in July. On October 3rd, 3 days before the game, I contacted help service via e-mail and asked about the delivery status of the tickets, because we didn´t receive them. Since there was no answer, no e-mail, I started calling helpline on Sunday morning October 6th, only hours before the game. I was kicked out several times, but finally succeded and talked about 25 minutes with a team member. He confirmed that there is an order for the game Vikings vs Giants, but couldn´t help me in finding the tickets. Then he told me not to worry, but to wait until one hour prior to the game. If the tickets wouldn´t be in our inbox until then, I should call again. So at noon, without any tickest or e-mails in our inbox, i tried 4 or 5 times again to call helpline, and was every time kicked out during the announciation of the call-back-function without a chance to enter my phone number.
And then on October 8th we get an email, that says we will get help with our ticket delivery. But the game was on October 6th! Neither did we receive any tickets, nor did they answered in time on our requests for support.
I used their site to purchase 8 tickets to a college football game for my extended family. No sooner than I hit submit, I got a phone call from a woman saying they just sent me an email requesting a copy of my drivers license and the email would "explain it all." I told her I was not comfortable with this, but she said if I didn't, then they could not process the order. I spoke with my husband later and then replied to the email, saying I was not going to do this for security and identity theft purposes and I was ok with them cancelling my order. IMMEDIATELY after that, they notified me that they have a no cancellation order and that I would have to pay for the tickets! I was hounded by calls and emails. I was shocked by this unethical behavior and it made me even more suspicious of this practice. They suddenly reversed their mandate and said I didn't have to share my license anymore. At that point, I was done with the company and said forget it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and now have the BBB involved since they won't back down. A very disreputable company. Don't encourage this and please don't do business with them!
DO NOT BUY tickets from this company. I thought I was purchasing tickets from the St. James Theater Box office, but instead of taking me to Ticket Master, a company that I never had any issues buying tickets from, I ended up on Ticket Monster. I purchased 2 tickets to the Broadway show Frozen. The email confirmation states that the tickets will arrive 1-2 weeks before the event. I called the company on Monday because I still had not received the tickets and the show is a 2pm this Saturday. They told me they had no idea when the tickets would be mailed and I needed to call back the next day to find out when they would be shipped out. I told them what their email stated about getting the tickets 1 - 2 weeks ahead of time and they just said "the tickets are non-refundable and they are coming from a seller so we have no idea when they will be delivered." When I spoke with them the following day they said the tickets would be sent Fedex to my house and they would arrive before my flight left for NY. Well my flight leaves in 4 hours and I still don't have the tickets. I called FedEx and they said they would arrive by 8pm tonight. My child is extremely disappointed because we will not be seeing the show. This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I am going to make sure that I post on every social media forum so people do not waste their money buying tickets from this company.
This company is an unprofessional scam. I understand these are resale tickets, however the customer service is inconsistent and unhelpful. I purchased a ticket for a Friday concert on Wednesday afternoon. The ticket was then sent electronically Friday morning, however, the ticket was to the wrong show at a completely different venue in town. Knowing that this is an honest mistake, I decided to contact customer service and spoke with Austin. He was apologetic and told me his team would get to the bottom of it. He said he would contact the broker and see if the correct ticket can be sent, and if not then the I would be given a full refund. He promised that he would contact by BY PHONE if the ticket was available. Without receiving a call, I decided to buy a ticket at the door because at this point I was the only one out of my group without a ticket. After the concert, I called customer service and spoke with Austin again. He said a ticket was sent to me through email so no refund would be available. I checked my email and saw a ticket sent 30 minutes before the event, and I had no missing calls. By that time I was already on my way to the venue, and it wasn't possible to check my email. I then spoke with a manager Nicole. Now Austin seemed like a genuine guy who made a mistake, however, Nicole seemed irritable and harsh. She very sarcastically claimed she was sorry and was at no help to me. Overall, I felt I was lied to and cheated out of $85. Thankfully these crooks won't be receiving my money because I have taken this matter up with my bank. Again, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

GTD tickets 1-2 weeks in advance. Its the day of the concert and still no tickets. They are saying one hour in advance now. WTF?
