It's so convenient to buy tickets on any fest wherever you are. Actually, nowadays it's of course preferable to buy everything from home, because of harsh lockdown and dangerous disease, anyway there are some people who go to offline stores and buy everything they want. I'm for social liability and I understand that it's very dangerous to go somewhere because I easily can be infected or accidentally infect someone. So, I acquire tickets on the fest due to this service, stayed at home. I want to thank this company because it offers great conditions in such tough times.
I purchased two Adele tickets from this site. It was too be 30 years anniversary present to wife. We have never brought something for ourselves like this. Show canceled and now 6 months later, i cannot get any of my money back - over $5000, which to my family is very painful. I have sent emails and waited on phone for hours. Noone picks up or gets back to me - YOU BASICALLY HAVE STOLEN $5000 FROM ME -HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.
I was going to purchase tickets but had to change my mind. I did not click "submit", but your website must have done it for me. I closed the website and received an email thanking me for my purchase. I've tried to contact you with no results. I could not get a real person. I want the tickets refunded because I never clicked the final button thereby agreeing to anything. I am disputing with my credit card company and will go to small claims court if necessary.
Hi Alexine, I'm very sorry for the confusion. A team member will be reaching out to you directly in regards to your concern. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Ordered tickets from this company and could not download or print them. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they said "No Refunds". They put me in touch with the company that was actually selling the tickets and they were emailed to me immediately. I still had to pay TicketLiquidator for their service charges and download fee. A real waste of my money and I will never deal with these guys again. Learn from my mistake!
We have purchased thousands of dollars over the past few years and our most recent purchase of $1700 for a concert was a scam on this site. We got to the venue and were not allowed into the arena due to the fact that people were already in our seats and our tickets had already been scanned. We called customer service, were on hold for over 45 minutes and were told they'd do nothing at all. 10 minutes later we got a call from a rep stating that there was a representative at the venue, that rep was no where to be found, he didn't exist. We will NEVER buy from them again. We were later told IF we could get proof that we did not enter, though we were on the phone with them through the majority of the concert, we would get back 125%. The venue told us they've never given proof of non entry and do not supply customers with anything proving that. Not only did we miss our event, we were not offered anything for the hassle and were given a difficult time because we were not able to get this letter from the venue. Go elsewhere for tickets!
I hate it when I'm told I'll pay "X" amount for something and then the price goes up by $70 at the checkout due to "service fees" and delivery charges. IT's such a scam. Just tell me the actual price at the beginning so I'll know! If there was any possible way to get tix without using this site, I would.
Hi Michael, we’re sorry you found our service fees to be unclear. There is a piece by piece breakdown of the purchase on the final screen before completing a ticket order which details the service and delivery fees on the ticket purchase. This gives the customer the option to review the fees and cancel the order before it has completed if the fees are unacceptable. While some ticket resale sites choose to include fees in the price of the tickets, we prefer to provide customers a breakdown of fees and ticket prices for full transparency.
These fees go towards maintaining our websites, billing security, and the system we have developed to allow companies to resell tickets online, as well as maintaining our customer service department so we can assist customers with buying tickets and any problems that may arise. The service fees allow us to keep connecting fans with tickets to the events they are trying to attend!

They charged me me doubled! 30.00 tickets for 120.00
I ordered tickets for madonna concert in Philly for 9/24/15 and they turned out to be no good... at box office they said tickets with that same bar code were already used! This was disappointing embarrassing and beyond frustrating... i don't think I can ever use this site again!

My tickets never were delivered.
It took several phone calls to sort out this mess.
The good parts was She had an incredable voice, and had a beautiful stage and dancers and musicans. The bad part was that we paid $650 for tickets and could not see her or the stage. Everytime she would start to perform the few rows in front of us would stand up and we could not see anything. This problem could have been minimized as there were 2 giant screens high and on the left and right which should have been used to project the show. We spent $650.00 for a show we could not see!
I would strongly advise against purchasing tickets from Ticket Liquidator as they do not qualify their sellers before listing. I purchased 2 Club Level tickets at a price of $52 per ticket, with service fees & delivery charges this came to a total of $145. However these were only passes to a supposedly VIP area within the Pepsi Center NOT tickets, and DID NOT include entry to the venue or the event. This was definitely not clear when I made the purchase nor was it on any subsequent confirmation correspondence which clearly stated tickets, rather than passes only. They basically gave us access to the club level bar, and better restrooms. Although I ordered these almost 4 months in advance, they didn't send them until two days prior at which point I realized they were not tickets and had to buy last minute tickets at a premium. The Pepsi Center confirmed you are not allowed to sell these passes independent of tickets and they should not have put them on their site. They provided me a 3% discount on the new tickets and a 15% discount on future orders, which will not make up for either the cost or inconvenience this caused as the tickets were a birthday present.
09/30 Ticketliquidator gave me a voucher code (valid for one year) to the value of these tickets/passes. I considered this a satisfactory resolution.
Hello Jake,
Thank you for leaving a review. I apologize for any confusion regarding your order. I see that you placed an order for “VIP Club Passes”. These passes only allow access to the “Club” area of the venue and do not grant access into the event. It’s also important to note that the tickets were listed under a separate section specifically designated for the club tickets listings. Nevertheless, we do apologize for the confusion and have sent you an email to further address the matter and offer a generous discount on a future purchase.
Best Wishes,

I had the worst experience. I will never buy ticket from your site or another third party, and tell that to all my friends. Tickets were otherprice, 300$ for 2 tickets. We came from another state, I dont know how it happened, but tickets got lost and those tickets can not be printed from the website or replicated. "Pageant of the Masters" told us, its not their tickets and thhy can not dublicate them.We couldn't get in, despite we paid for the tickets. Yes, its was my falt, but things can happeed with anybody. Its 21 century, all tickets has to be available on line, like a plane ticket. Please take me off your mail list.
I am insulted that you would put through a purchase which was never authorized! How dare your organization commit fraud!
Your order was preauthorized, then subsequently rejected because there were some identity verification issues. In the preauthorization, the amount of the tickets is held until the transaction is accepted or rejected, and in the event of a rejection, the hold is released according to your bank's policies. There was no fraud committed.
Very poor service. Called before going out of town. Told tickets were available. No tickets. Got run around all day. If had known tickets weren't available wouldn't have drive 9 and 1/2 hours.
PPD because of 8" of rain till next day Sunday the 15th. If unable to attend rescheduled game that tickets purchased through WMU would be honored for any remaining home games. Ticket Liquidator informed me my tickets were no good. I feel TL should stand behind the Good Relations Policy of the Venue. Will never go through TL again for any tickets for any Event.
Hi Richard,
I am sorry to hear that your event was postponed due to the rain. I see in the order notes that you called in and our representative advised you that the tickets would be valid for any home game but when you contacted the venue, they said that because the tickets were purchased through a resale marketplace, they would not be valid for any home game. We at Ticket Liquidator cannot control the policies of the venue and in this case it appears that the venue has decided not to include resale tickets in the rescheduled game policy. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Hello,
Never got my tickets - wanted to see this concert so badly (part of my bucket list). I was most disappointed - they keep giving run around on phone and the day of concert (around noon) told we do not have your 4 tickets. The girl told you will get 200% refund - look like I only got 100% refund.
Please do not buy ANY tickets from TICKET LIQUIDATOR.COM
Wanted to get tickets. Suddenly, a rebate pops up. Wow! The beginning of the end! Someone with access to your site can advertise to unsuspecting victims? My tickets even printed with the same ad? Now, I'm cancelling all my cards, my email, and praying that I can recover from this fiasco!
Aussie Pink Floyd was great. Sadly, I'm still sick to my stomach worrying.
The worst part is that I failed to read the small print and discovered I had chosen a concert on the wrong day in the wrong city - and paid for it. I found out right away and tried to fix it but there is no recourse. I wasted a lot of money on the wrong tickets and there is a no-refund policy. That policy is ILLEGAL but I don't want to have to take legal action. I had to buy new tickets.
I accidentally ordered Dave Matthews tickets for Sunday show but wanted Saturday show. I called within 2 minutes of placing the order and was told nothing can be done. I will never order tickets from your site and will let everyone I know what happened and encourage people to go elsewhere.
THEY PROMISED ME 2 $25 REBATES BECAUSE I BOUGHT 2 TICKETS, I GOT THIS VERBALLY CONFIRMED ON 1/21/16 BECAUSE I SIGNED UP FOR A FREE 1 MONTH TRIAL OF GREAT FUN (WHICH SUCKS BTW). IF YOU DONT CANCEL WITHIN THE 1ST MONTH THEY CHARGE YOU $16.99 EACH MONTH, I CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS ON 2/10/16 AND GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. NOT ONLY DID THEY CHARGE ME THE NEXT MONTH, THEY ONLY CLAIMED TO SEND OUT 1 $25 REBATE CHECK WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET AS OF 4/27/16! LIKE THIS WASNT ENOUGH, THEY HAVE 3000 PHONE NUMBERS THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL IN ORDER TO GET A N Y TYPE OF ANSWER! THE "DISCOUNTS" AND ANNOYING PHONECALLS ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! BUY YOUR TICKETS FROM A SCALPER!
Hello Emma! We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the rebate you have been offered. With your review, it does look as if your disappointment is with a different company then with Ticket Liquidator. If you could directly provide us with your order ID number, we can take a look to see if we are able to assist you in any way. We look forward to your contact.
Serving charge is ridiculously for an online order and eprinting tickets.
Concert was wonderful, but tickets were WAY overpriced. Matt Knight arena turned our third row, end row seats into one long row going across the entire floor. My husband has mobility issues, so I paid top dollar for end seats only to end up in the middle of an endless row. I would never buy tickets through you again.
Ticket Liquidator has no reason to ever live up to their website guarantee of 200% much less even 1%. I will explain the problems with this policy and how they so easily get to ignore it.
First and foremost, they are a 3rd party company to the tickets... This means you purchase your tickets through them, pay an overpriced service fee, and then have your tickets supplied by the original seller. But in reality you are not buying your tickets through them. Your credit card will be charged by the original seller. If anything happens or goes wrong their name is not on your charged credit card. As a 3rd party they are liable for nothing. Thus they never have to live up to their guarantee. Why should they give any money back, they profited from the originally seller for the service fee already. They are effectively done. If you dispute your credit card it goes to the original seller charging you, not Ticket Liquidator. If you have a complaint they have no reason to resolve it, they have been paid.
Take there policy with my issues. This is from their own listed guarantee on their website: "We guarantee that your tickets will be legitimate, arrive in time for the event, be the exact tickets you ordered or comparable alternatives, and be completely refunded if the event is cancelled. If your experience falls short of these expectations, youre covered by our 200% money-back guarantee." It also says "Ticket Liquidator expects the sellers who list tickets on our Exchange to provide the seating they advertise or else provide equal or superior seating. Sellers are expected to contact customers proactively to confirm any significant seating changes vis-à-vis the initial section and row of a ticket order. Customers should contact Ticket Liquidator ASAP if they are unhappy with any alternate tickets and we will investigate the issue for the customer in order to reach an amicable conclusion."
I purchased tickets through their site. When I was told the tickets may not arrive in time to my home for us to travel to the venue I contact Ticket Liquidator. They forwarded me to the original seller who offered immediate tickets in hand that were "better" tickets because there was supposed to be a 2nd stage I would be closer to. I attend the event, which did not have a 2nd stage at all. I ended up being further from the main stage by 20+ seats. By their policy I immediately contact them that I had not received "better" tickets and it was all false. I was emailed an offer of $100 off my next purchase if I signed a waiver by Ticket Liquidator... really for $2560 worth of tickets... I phoned Ticket Liquidator and after the run around from initial customer service reps I was transferred to the highest level service person. Shawn in the Loyalty Department. He said that their offer was final, I had accepted the alternative tickets and they were no longer responsible. I restated they were not "better" as per their policy, I was further from the main stage and had only accepted under the false pretense of a 2nd stage which did not exist. I had no way to know this was false until I attended the event. Shawn stated it was my word vs the sellers word. He made no attempt to contact the seller or anything, just held to their offer of $100 towards a future purchase. I have since contact the seller, they admitted their error about the ticket exchange (which I have offered to Ticket Liquidator the proof they provided) and still they hold to their offer. I have tried to talk with Shawn for 2 days... I'm told he was out the first day, would be in at 10:00 the 2nd day and to call back. The rep I spoke with who gave her direct extension would be working the next day also. Needless to say, conveniently, she is not working the next day and no one now knows when Shawn will be in.
It has been almost 2 weeks now through this process. They have not offered to live by their own policy or guarantees. I've even told them I don't want 200% back, I don't want 100% back. I requested my service fees back, that's all. I've done all the work, they just give the run around, ignore their own guarantee that is plainly on their website, and then want to offer $100 off the next event... like I will ever have anything to do with them again, much less sign a waiver.
Word to the wise... never use them. There is no reason. Go to the seller directly. Save yourself money from their outrageous service fees. Again, as a 3rd party, they are liable for nothing. I consider it a lesson learned.

Hello Daniel,
We are sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not go as planned. We take claims of this nature very seriously and will be working towards a resolution based on the policies of the sale. I did also take a look into what had transpired the night of the event. It does look as we did attempt to resolve to the best our abilities, however, we were unable to do so at that moment. I have taken this new information that you provide (the image from the venue) and have added it to our investigation.
We will be in contact shortly with the update on this matter.
