I hate it when I'm told I'll pay "X" amount for something and then the price goes up by $70 at the checkout due to "service fees" and delivery charges. IT's such a scam. Just tell me the actual price at the beginning so I'll know! If there was any possible way to get tix without using this site, I would.

Hi Michael, we’re sorry you found our service fees to be unclear. There is a piece by piece breakdown of the purchase on the final screen before completing a ticket order which details the service and delivery fees on the ticket purchase. This gives the customer the option to review the fees and cancel the order before it has completed if the fees are unacceptable. While some ticket resale sites choose to include fees in the price of the tickets, we prefer to provide customers a breakdown of fees and ticket prices for full transparency.
These fees go towards maintaining our websites, billing security, and the system we have developed to allow companies to resell tickets online, as well as maintaining our customer service department so we can assist customers with buying tickets and any problems that may arise. The service fees allow us to keep connecting fans with tickets to the events they are trying to attend!
