I bought tickets for Seat 9 A which was in the pit area. When I got there I found out that at this theater, the pit area was for the fans to stand and get really close to the stage, if they arrive early enough. I was able to get right up by the stage and get great photos of the artists. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!
Such a great experience. Honestly was a little uncertain if this was a legit website. Thought I had bough fake tickets for a second but I emailed customer service and they were very assuring. I'm really glad I bought tickets here and amazing seats!

Of course Hillsong United is already one of my favorite bands on this earth right now, so I just fulfilled my dream seeing them perform live. And I wish I could experience it again. The seats felt so close to the stage, which was pretty amazing. I already knew the night was going to be awesome, but little did I know it would be unforgettable!
The seats were awesome and the concert was fabulous. Barbra delivered big time. It was a night that we'll always remember. The only surprise we had was that the couple sitting next to us told us that they only paid $400 per ticket from a ticket agent and we paid $500 per ticket. We were wondering why their tickets didn't have the $100 surcharge as ours did.
In the secondary ticket market, prices can vary. On one site, the price of a single set of tickets are subject to change over time as the market value of the tickets shift. It isn't actually a matter of a surcharge. I'm glad you still enjoyed the event!
I had my doubts when I first bought my tickets for Paul McCartney from TicketLiquidator, but since they were instant download tickets and the price was so great I decided to give it a shot. I've got to say, it was just as good as, if not better than, any ticket-buying experience I've ever had before. It was so simple to purchase the tickets online, and the employee I spoke with on the phone was kind and very patient with me. They had the best prices I could find for the seats I wanted. The seats were great, and the show was incredible! I definitely plan on using this site to buy tickets for any concerts in the future.
Felt like we were tricked. Bought lawn seats for this concert and paid over $100. The entire arena was mobbed. We could not get a seat on the lawn and had to stand most of the time with security constantly telling us to move and clear a path for people to walk. Where the heck were we supposed to go? There was no room to move. If we did move, we wouldn't get to see the performance. It was ridiculous, we ended up leaving early. Very disappointed with our first experience to the PNC center.

I had never heard of this website before, and was scared to order tickets. I am very happy to report that I ordered my concert ticket online one day, and I received it via Fed Ex the very next day! Right after ordering, I realized I wanted to have the ticket mailed to my job, instead of my home, and customer service was happy to assist me. This site is safe to order from!
This was my first experience buying from any reseller site so I was apprehensive. Ticketliquidator had the best seats available on the dates I could attend and also the best price for those seats. The tickets were delivered online within minutes and I printed them at home. They were scanned successfully and only then I was able to relax, enjoy the play (The Book of Mormons at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans) and my wedding anniversary present to my wife. I would certainly use them again.
I had to upgrade my seats to the covered area with handicapped accessibility because my mom cannot seat directly on the lawn. Ticket liquidator would not let me upgrade the seats or exchange them so I was just out 200.00. I will not use then again.
Do NOT buy from these guys. They sold me a ticket to a seat that doesn't exist. When I asked for a refund they seemed confused and asked me to provide proof from the vendor that the seat didn't exist. After giving me the run around for an hour, they basically said, "Well technically we didn't give you those tickets, we are just a third party... we just broker a deal from someone else".
They are useless. If you are going to buy tickets, buy them elsewhere. Somewhere that takes care of their customers.
Bought tickets for If/Then the day before the show. Great seats at a deep discount! My only complaint was the steep service fee that doesn't show up until the very last screen. I expect to pay a service charge, although this one was high (almost 50% of the ticket price), but I would prefer to know earlier in the sale process what it will be. This was my first purchase; next time I will know to go to the very last screen when comparing prices with other sites.
The process itself was easy and direct. Live the ease of printing tix at home!
Jimmy Buffett was awesome as usual, but my seats were horrible. They should have been labeled obstructed view. The seats were so far to the left of the stage, we could only see Jimmy part of the time and couldn't see the rest of the band at all. I've had better seats on the lawn! Will never buy from this site again.

I went online and viewed the available tickets, made my selection and ordered. I received my pre-paid card in the mail with receipt as well as directions on how to redeem my tickets at the venue. When we arrived at the show we entered through the ticketless entry where they scanned my card and my tickets scrolled out of a handheld machine and we were in. Great show Garth Brooks/Las Vegas, ticket process was so easy, I would not hesitate to use ticket Liquidator again.
The experience was good. The beer and mixed drink prices at the venue were way too high. Two beers cost $26.00. And we took a limo to the concert and the venue charged the Limo driver $100.00 to park. I think that is outrageous!
So I will probably not return to this venue again. The venue was in West Palm, Florida.

The concert was fantastic. This was the third time my wife and I have gone to see them and they seem to be better every time. Absolutely one of the best live bands I have ever seen. Their sound was exceptional, and of course their vocals (especially Jim Cuddy) and musicianship is top notch. Great band, great concert.
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.
