Horrible mi experiencia. Cuando una persona reclamaba el mismo asiento donde yo estaba sentada. ¡que verguenza! No puedo creer que falta de profesionalismo.
Que facil... que una persona page por su ticket y pase por esta verguenza... deberian de tener mas cuidado. Y no re - vender los tickets. Y peor aun cuando llame para exigir una explicacion. Y la persona que contestaba el telefono. Sus respuestas eran de nose... nose que decirle... y que me dejara colgada en el telefona mas de una hora. Que horror. No volvere a comprar tickets aqui. Ni los recomendare.
Todo bien no me llegaron los tickets pero supongo que todavía estamos dentro del plazo establecido. Tienen un gran programa de conciertos lo mejor de lo mejor. Muchas gracias excelente aplicación.
