All the seats were filled in the front and then there were 8 rows in the back where noone sat!? I started asking questions and most of the people there had only paid $20 for their ticket and they were right by the stage how do you justify charging me $135 dollars to be in the back vacant row? I'm very disappointed in your service and feel you should reimburse me some of my money. I thought you were a reputable site...
Once again these older rockers sent us for a loop. Thinking they would have slowed down in the last few years, we were glad to see that recent reviews we had read were true. Ozzie, Geezer and Tony were as great as ever... Tommy the drummer since 2012 was also awesome. They were true to their original sound. A must see act before they are gone for good!

My review on Ticket Liquidator, they did a great job.
The seats were great, on field level and between the 20 & 25 yard line. This is an outstanding stadium that is indoors, yet has the outdoor personality that football requires.
This was to be my granddaughter's first theater experience so was hoping for a different outcome. I had purchased my seats but received a call from you that you needed to change them... I was assured they would be good seats... we were the first row of the mezzanine but so far to the right ( end seats) we could actually see what was going on backstage... the people waiting to go onstage. I was disappointed and feel I would have been better off with the original seats. I was not given an option to change or not. Knowing this I am not sure I would deal with this company again.

Coldplay was one of the best concerts I've ever been to! The seats were incredible and the special effects were amazing!
Loved the concert but we sat to high and 2 of my daughters got anxiety from being to high. Had to move them to second floor they stood up all nite my seats where a waste of money

The concert was awesome. We were supposed to have meet and greet passes but it got cancelled. I am awaiting a refund but seem to have to call back quite a bit to follow up. Still have not recieved it and what they said I can get back is alot less then a friend who had the same ticket and deal. Oh well I guess?!
My husband forgot our printed out tickets. The help line stayed on the phone until we got in the venue. They helped us navigate their website to download them on our phones.

I purchased tickets thru your website. Immediately after the purchase- I read the festival was cancelled. I emailed you guys and you said it was canceled and that I would receive a refund. However, my account was charged 2 days later, so now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get the refund. You should be up on cancellations and not take payment.
All transactions are preauthorized, which essentially places a hold on the account until the transaction is rejected or approved. It is for verification purposes. We never actually have you money unless a transaction is approved. Until then, any charge is just a hold.
His voice may not be the best but it never was. What he does perfectly is tell a story with his songs and Billy Joel nailed it during his concert at Wrigley Field on August 26.
Getting tickets were easy and quick. Had the tickets well before the concert and seats were great.

Within a week of the Wicked musical in Columbus, Ohio, I was able to purchase tickets, seats were 7th row orchestra, for a fantastic price! I will be returning for any other ticket needs!

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
