I have been so affected by this. Myself and my son scammed 7th January. I have informed, Arsenal, hard to cancel my card. They don't answer the phone,emails

I was traveling from San Francisco to London to see two Premier League games over a weekend. First game we ordered short side Gold seats lower level and the company delivered tickets for the last row under the roof long side. Worst seats in the house and the customer service at Ticketgum tried telling me they are great seats and close to the recently renovated concession stands. I didn't travel across the Atlantic with my 11 & 13 old sons who are soccer fanatics to be seated close to food and beverages. To say the least they were super disappointed. If Ticketgum is not able to deliver the purchased tickets they should inform the client ahead of time or issue a full refund and not scam the customers. For the second game Tottenham vs West Ham we had purchased lower level Gold seats long side. They were excellent and what we paid for in this case.

Back in October 2022 I purchased two tickets for Arsenal vs. Wolves. It was a Christmas present for my nine year old son, who is a passionate Arsenal fan, but had never watched them live at the Emirates. On the 26th Feb 2023 I received the following message: 'Unfortunately, our suppliers let us down and we are unable to fulfil your tickets as requested. Consequently, we have cancelled your order and issued you a full refund'. Sorry, this is totally unacceptable and I would urge anyone considering using Ticketgum to avoid them like the plague.

I love this site, I was nervous that I would do something wrong since I had never purchased tickets online before, but they walked me through everything. And had a live service that can give support at any moment before the game! So I will use this site again for future tickets. Thank you to everyone involved in this website.

Ticketgum sold us tickets for a Premier League game. Initially, they changed our seats to a less desirable section—with a paltry partial refund. Ticketgum claimed their supplier backed out. Even worse, the "new" tickets turned out to be counterfeit. And, Ticketgum refuses to issue a refund! Avoid Ticketgum at all costs. Completely unreliable.

This was the worst experience. We flew all the way from Africa for the Liverpool Arsenal game. They stated we will be emailed tickets within 3 days before the match. We never received any correspondence until 2 hours before the game to meet a guy named "TOM" at a pickup location to fetch the tickets. This was matchday and there was Thousands of people around the pickup area and Tom was not available via Phone or Watsapp. This is the most unprofessional website, please do not use this website to book your tickets.

Ticketgum are scam artists. They never sent the right tickets. They didn't even scan. Someone else sat in our seats. £500 paid. My sons whose birthday present it was were crying. Utter scumbags. Reporting them for fraud via the police.

I bought two tickets (category Short Side Gold) for the game Liverpool vs Arsenal at the agency mentioned. The total price for the tickets was nearly 500 Euro. The tickets were sent 3 days before the game by post to the hotel I booked. After making sure my seats are in the "Strictly Limited Visibility" (Anfield Lower Stand, Series 35) area, I contacted the agency by email. My questions were either answered with generated answers or not at all.

When I arrived at the stadium, I could not believe my eyes. While sitting, I could rather see the opposite goal. While standing, only the half of the pitch was visible (if you could even see through the heads of standing fans in front of you).

My opinion is, that the price-performance was not given in this case. The customer service was also terrible, after I transferred the money.

I hope that I could help with my (self-inflicted) experience.

Amazing service purchased the tickets was told 1-3 days but they got delivered to my email address 20 minutes later will definitely be purchasing in future most authentic site for reselling, and stick to what they say!

I had ordered some tickets from this company for emirates cup Arsenal vs Lyon on July 2015, after a little help from there online chat (Thanks Peter). I chose the long side deluxe category and even though I requested to be seated in the lower level and got in the end an upper level seats, the seats were really in the center close to the half line and the view was amazing. Saw the 6 goals perfectly. I want to show my appreciations to those guys, they well deserved it. They took care of my orders really carefully and gave me full attention. The delivery department has called me more than 5 times to verify my address and the arrival of the tickets. Already recommend this site to the Arsenal Serbia supporters club and to anyone who reads this review. Thank you.

I live in the USA and purchased tickets to watch a game during my trip to England. Here are my comments about Ticketgun.
Nice to have interaction with Ticketgun during match day, felt like I was being cared for
Despite many chats tickets did not arrive until 30 minutes before kick off.
I paid for premium side tickets. Was very very disappointed to be sat goal end.
Part of the premium ticket was access to nice bars and food. Not available with the tickets supplied.
Was sat in the family section.
Seats were not together. Our tickets were 10 seats apart. We booked 2 tickets was expecting 2 next to each other

So overall not satisfied with what you sold. I live in California, brought the premium tickets expecting far more than what ticketgun supplied. Not sure I would use ticketgun again or recommend their services. If asked i would say where I got my tickets from but list out all my concerns.

A dissatisfied customer. An offer from ticketgun of a 20 pound coupon for future bookings is unsatisfactory considering what I asked and paid for to what I received

Took my kids to Liverpool vs Wolves last season and we truly had a once in a lifetime experience! Tickets worked perfectly and great customer service.
