Never use ticket eraser! They do not deliver, at least not in my case, do not respond to any mail and also not via the chat function on the site. To date, no refund has been received either, now goes through the formal route of the bank.

I am planning to go to Paris from Switzerland during June, so i was looking online for some French open tickets. After checking on multiple sites i finally booked a ticket from ticketgum on April 1 to quarter final june 3rd on Philippe Chatrier. I was a bit worried about buying tickets that are not from the official french open site, and i did not wanted to try and access under someone else name. Last week i had received the ticket to my e mail address. Although the face value of the tickets was cheaper than originally paid for, i got category 1 ticket with my name and date of birth was showing on the ticket, so at the moment i am very pleased, this is why i have accepted their request to write my buying experience. The only thing got left is to hope roger will take the title. This summer will be one to remember. Please advise to look for events that shows the actual seating arrangements. It is always better to know exactly what you are buying.

Was looking for 3 tickets for Spurs vs. Aston villa match on the 11/04/15 for me my sons on several different sites. Decided to go with Ticketgum because they offered the best price for the "best available" category. I got an email from the sales department saying that the tickets I ordered are sold out from that category and was not removed from the site on time, they apologized and said that I will be upgraded to "Long side" side by side tickets with no extra charge, and so it was!
Got the tickets directly to the hotel – the match was disappointing 1-0 to Aston villa, but the buying experience left a good taste.

I ordered 3 tickets for Roland Garros, for me and my parents. My dad has been talking about going there for many years, and finally I made his dream come true. I wanted to make it a once in a lifetime experience and wanted to give him the best tickets possible, so I bought the best category, 3 tickets for in total 1.220. One day before the event, after complaining twice that the tickets had not yet arrived, they finally sent them: 3 times category C (worst seats), worth 195 in total. So they scammed me for 1.025.
Better stay away from ticketgum!

I purchased Tottenham vs. Everton game 3 months ago. The game was on Dec 22,2023. I bought 5 tickets and we flew all the way from LA to London to show the game to my kids. At the gate, I could not get in because the tickets were not under our name. So, I had to purchased the new tickets at the ticket office. Ticketgum stated that they sent email to me 2 hours before the game which stated that I should not go to ticket office nor speak to any stewards. I did not engage any discussions with anyone, stewards just scanned the ticket and noticed that it was not under our names. When I purchased the tickets, ticketgum asked me to provide the passport details so that they can match the tickets with iur names but it didn't happen. Now, I have requested the refund but they said no because they sent me notice " Do not go to the ticket office window or speak to any of the stewards and don't give up your phone". What kind of legit ticket provider send such guidelines unless it's a scam? Also, sending this message just before the game? What a joke. I am going to get my refund whatever it takes. Please DO NOT use ticketgum! Please don't fall for it.

It is important for me to explain what a great web site ticketgum is and i am not associated with them beside the fact i had purchased some tickets from them earlier for Liverpool West ham for 10 clients of mine ( i am the CEO and owner of marketing company). I was in contact with M. R Joe Parker. He kept his word providing them with the best seats in the house. This is my 3rd time i get tickets from them. I am a secretary of a lawyers firm in Romania and my boss goes often to London and he is a big Tottenham fan. At first i had ordered tickets by a travel agency in Romania, but after a few times i did not get the tickets and almost lost my job because of that i went to ticketgum after receiving a recommendation from a work colleague. It's the first time that I'm using ticketgum. I ordered two tickets for the Arsenal vs. Stoke city match on the 11/01/15. I gave a local London hotel address as requested on the site, but one day before my flight to the UK, the meeting I had in London got delayed in a few days and I had to change the hotel to a different one coz they were full. I was afraid that the tickets will get lost so I wrote an e-mail to ticketgum's sales department with the new shipping address and got a quick replay that the ticket's will be sent to the right address in the new arrival time. Indeed, the tickets waited for me in the front desk under my name. I am very pleased with the shipping service.

I purchased tickets for 2 days at Roland Garros tennis event 2019. I only received tickets for 1 day and i have sent over 20 emails to them to no avail. They still haven't sent my Ticket to me. I am coming all the way from the US to this event and they don't care.
My order number *******. If someone is reading this from this fraudulent company, please send me my ticket asap. I will be reporting them to the FBI.
I hope The Tennis tournament( French Open will put them on the list of the ticket fraudsters)

I noticed that Ticketgum really cares about not loosing their customers and making them really happy. I was really sad that the game cancelled and the tickets were gone for nothing when I just received a massage that Ticketgum gives me coupon to get another tickets. Thanks a lot!

Was looking for Arsenal tickets on several different ticket sites before deciding Usually I buy from the site that offers the cheapest price, Ticketgum was more expensive then few other sites, but the ordering process was the easiest and quickest and i have got immidiate respone to all of my questions from the online chat agent.
