Not only did they not deliver the tickets to my hotel as promised[I had to go half way across London to pick them up], but they gave me upper tier seats, top row in stadium, when I paid for long side luxury! So far I have not received any credit. This company is a rip off
£300 plus for behind goal seats at Emirates. Friday arrival of tickets, great. Then notice we could not be farther up the east stand tier!. If any of you know how a stadium works, we were poles apart from what I paid for. No response what so ever until after match stating a £30 pay back. They even said we had 'luxury' seats. FFS what a joke.
I saved for months for that day, let alone a sad little boy who could not see who was who on each team. I will pass on the word to all I see about this shower.
I got 4 tickets for football never mind they were not together at the end but was waiting for them almost until the day of match.
So the seats were very far on the top for price £125 (on ticket £54) so please be aware!
As well dont forget about a fee £65
The prices they attach to their tickets are much higher than market value and are often accompanied by hidden fees.
I recently purchased 2 tickets from ticketgum and I can say I will definitely will do it again.
The service was really good, emails was with detailed information.

I bought 2 tickets from ticketgum, book hotel, book air plane tickets and They just send me a message that They dont have a tickets for me. First before i pay They ware very kindly and helpfull but after that They don even answer for my e-mails. I do not recommend! Look out

I had ordered tickets for West Ham v Everton for a present for sons birthday. Their website is very misleading as it looks as if you are buying seats together. Your not! We were sent 3 claret passes for 3 completely different parts of the stadium. In small print they say you might not get seats together but will be close. This was a lie. The instructions sent with passes say do not approach any staff at stadium for assistance and if asked by staff say they are relatives tickets. We had no option we had to ask staff as the passes did not get us through turnstiles. The West Ham staff were amazing and got us in to the stadium but we did miss the first 20 minutes of the game, and had to sit in the separate seats. We knew this was a secondary website and would pay over the odds we wasted our money and our sons birthday. Customer service is useless from Ticketgum I urge you to avoid at all costs.
For my trip to the UK to see a few football games with me son, I decided to pay extra for the long side deluxe tickets for the Liverpool vs Brighton match. We anxiously opened the tickets that were waiting for us at the hotel only to find we had been scammed and given upper corner tickets, exactly what we didn't want and payed extra to avoid! I'm hopeful they will honor our order, but they have less than 24 hours til game times and email is the only method to contact them! Don't use this ticket agency, use a better know provider with full-time customer service instead!
I received an email telling me about a supplier problem and that my money would be refunded in 5-7 days, but nothing. No response from customer services.
I bought two Long Side deluxe tickets for the Spurs v Newcastle game. Cost me £279 but billed in euros as 341. The euro hasn't been at 1.22 for years so I ended up paying £309. Tickets arrived and they have a face value of £80 each. And no way are the seats 'Deluxe' Impossible to get a straight answer out of them. I would have paid less using a ticket tout.
Purchased couple of tickets for Arsenal Everton at the emirates. Their customer service is amazing! Response to all of my inquiries at top speed. Great seats. Would highly recommend.

Just had the worst experience with these guys for a Premiership game. Based on my experience they will deliver tickets so late that you have no room for manoeuvre and will end up with tickets that are not as per those advertised. And at huge cost!
Customer services will offer little help and will hide behind their snakey T&Cs. Absolutely gutted that they have ruined an occasion we had looked forward to for months.
Do yourselves a favour and avoid at all cost!
Bought three tickets only to find out that these were fake! Had to buy tickets again from the door. Do not risk your money with these guys!
Paid 920 euro for 2 seats for the Liverpool v Man U match in Anfield for my partner's birthday. We were so disappointed... We were given seats second row from the back. Worst seats in the stadium. I will NEVER use this company again

The whole experience was absolutely amazing! Booking with ticketgum has been a pleasure. Thank you for the review, we are sorry to hear you did not like your seats and our service. I would like to mention a few facts:
You have order 3 tickets behind the goal on the center blocks either upper or lower. You knew the exact blocks and rows and you should be aware your seats could be on the upper level.
We received your comment on the order quoting "Please Keep Seats Together As I Have 2 Young Children". Although we guarantee pairs only and we could assign you with 2+1 behind the goal as we did not had 3 side by side behind the goal, we understand that you come with 2 children so we searched a different location and managed to find 3 side by side on block 112, which is on the long side center and cost much more than what you paid on our website and on any other secondary market company platform. We explain to you many times we upgraded your seats with no additional charge in order to allocate 3 side by side seats.
We did everything we could before and after the event:
1. We upgraded your category to a more expensive one.
2. We assigned you with 3 side by side according to your request (that is the upgrade reason from the first place).
3. We offered you a 10% refund after the event.
We can not argue with your perspective and again we apologize. We are not saying everything is perfect. However, we did everything possible with genuine honest intentions.
