Tickets were overinflated, I didn't know they were previously bought and sold. The venue won't even guarantee they will work since other names are on them. Can't get a refund, event postponed a year, since found out they are scalpers from the venue holding event.
I ordered Paper tickets for a Yankees game and paid extra for expedited shipping and a higher price for the paper tickets. But I was sent digital tickets that I could not use. After calling the Ticket Galaxy and stating I specifically ordered Paper tickets and could not use digital ones. I was told by Emily T. Tough luck there are no refunds even if the website has the listing wrong. Emily T. Then suggested I loose most of my money be reselling the same tickets on their website. Emily T. Also said all they have to do is deliver the tickets and email counts regardless of the order. I wasn't even refunded the shipping charge because Emily T. Stated they were shipped via email. What a scam.
We bought tickets to the Bob Seger concert from Ticket Galaxy, $825 for center seats at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, to celebrate our birthdays 7/2017. Bob Seger postponed all concerts and we tried to get our $825 back but Ticket Galaxy said not unless the concert is cancelled. They had our money for 22 months of us calling wanting our money back! The Bob Seger concert finally gets rescheduled for May 2,2019 and we are excited to finally get to go to the concert. Today, 4/12/2029, we get an email saying our tickets are not going to be honored and they are issuing us a refund! The actual tickets we have state clearly on the front "NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS". The concert venue home page clearly states "all previously issued tickets for Bob Seger concert will be honored". When we spoke to the venue they confirmed all tickets will be honored. So apparently Ticket Galaxy decided to refund our money and resell our tickets at a higher price since ticket prices have gone through the roof! This is a scam! Their rating is less than one star!
Paid for the tickets on 11/16 of over $350. Call on 11/17 to switch payment method. Not asking for refund just to switch to CC. They said they cannot. The customer service lady was very rude. I asked to speak to her manager twice and she denied both times. They are very unprofessional and with all the options out there, there is no need to take a chance with this bad one.
We chose tickets that were listed as "VIP BOX" tickets. The order summary stated that they were VIP BOX as well, but when I printed the actual tickets, they noted that the tickets did not give us access to the VIP lounge (and thus no parking). When I FINALLY reached someone to ask about this (I kept getting disconnected after being on hold a while and needing to call other numbers) the agent said the tickets ARE in the box section but their company is not contracted to treat them as VIP tickets. By the time I realized this it was too late to purchase parking tickets in advance. I call this false advertising. We will not be using this site again for ticket purchases.
You ruined my aunts 50 birthday Celebration! I bought 2 tickets within an hour of them going on sale and the day before the concert you tell me the supplier doesn't have my tickets. That was completely unacceptable! The Seager is a fairly small arena and of course it was too late to find any other tickets.
Thank you for ruining my Aunts 50th Birthday and both of our nights. I will never use TicketGalaxy and plan to tell everyone I know!
I bought tickets through ticket Network and they said their tickets come through ticket Galaxy is there anybody who can tell me that has gotten tickets through Ticketmaster and through to get Galaxy if their tickets were okay cuz I'm trying to see if they are fake I have a concert in July and I pay $500 and I'm afraid I'm going to get scammed thanks
