I have come to value Thrive so much that I have joined 3 years in a row. The website is very easy to use. After you put items in the cart, they are kept there until you get around to finishing your order. I have liked most of the products. I tried the Primal Mayo and ketchup but they were not to my taste. I will have to make my own.

I bought on thrive market supplements. A month later they charged me $59.95 without warning, when I confronted them about it and told them to delete my account, they said it was because they have a 30 day free trial (why didn't they warn me of that first?) and if you don't take action it will charge you automatically after the 30 days. No any warning! Just a scam Don't buy from this scam-site, there's way cheaper options to buy from that don't use shady "membership" fees. As soon as they get your credit card - they do whatever they want.

We also send trial members an email reminder a few days before the membership is activated and also 5 days prior to your annual renewal. Sometimes these emails do go to spam. Many of the items i have bought from Thrive Market I have never tried before. I am growing as a consumer and discovering new food and healthy prep. My favorite is 100% pure Vermont organic maple syrup. YUM Only one complaint. Many of the jar items come with a plastic lid that often comes loose or doesn't hold tightly in shipping.

I've been with Thrive for a few years and would not do business with any other online grocer so to say. My order has always been delivered way before the arrival date, everything is well wrapped, never had any breakage. Thrive Brand is just as good if not better than name brand. I recommend Thrive over all the others, hands down.

I love ordering my organic products online, we live in a rural area, so it's far from any organic stores. Via Thrive I can get everything I need for my whole family. Only improvement: I'd like to order wine by the bottle or box, so I won't have got get 6 bottles at once.

Frustrating when you click on items that supposedly are available and get an error message. I instant chatted someone about this issue and they stated that means item is not available in a warehouse in my area? Doesn't make sense, if it's not available near me, why can't it be shipped from another warehouse. Makes me want to cancel my membership...
Hi Alicia. We are very sorry for the frustration you've experienced. Once you place your first order, the website will only show you items available at your designated warehouse. In our efforts to remain carbon-conscious, we do not allow members to choose the warehouse other than the one assigned to their area. Good news is, we restock these warehouses similarly so it will be rare for you to find an item out of stock in your area but available in another.
I've been mildly pleased with this site. However, I live in an area where I have access to all of the items they sell and more at about the same price. I know they do price matching but having to pay the annual $50 fee doesn't make sense for our family. If you have a natural food store and a Whole Foods in your area you basically have more than what they offer and if you're a smart shopper you will find everything you want on sale for less than they sell it. This is a really great concept for people who live in small towns or maybe even big cities where getting to a Sprouts or Trader Joe's is too difficult.

I can't say enough good things about Thrive. They offer hundreds of healthy options which are easy to search based on your particular dietary needs and their team really cares. If anything goes awry at all, they immediately correct it and make the customer whole. They are the most helpful customer service team I've experienced and they respond to inquiries so quickly. I signed up - thinking I'd have 30 days to see if I liked it, but they immediately charged my credit card. Then, I go to purchase pantry items and there is literally 3 soups to choose from (I'm vegetarian), the rest of the items said "be back soon". I go online for the convenience, but since I've now been waiting 45 minutes on hold to try and cancel and get a refund it is far from convenient. Don't bother with them.

This site provides all kinds of organic foods, supplements and body care items at reduced prices. Today, they even had an announcement which explained in detail that the virus had created a situation in which there would be a delay in shipping, which I totally understood. Great prices, great products. My go to website for everything healthy.

Where I live there are very limited organic healthy food options. Thrive is reasonably priced, and delivers. I'm really happy because I can learn about more products than I would ever have time for if I had to drive to my nearest health food store.

I love being able to receive seafood and meats that are sustainably harvested. I'm coming back to Thrive because I don't want to go into stores right now plus it saves me a 40 mile round trip to a better store (Wegmans) just so I can get food that satisfies my conscience. Thank you for being here!
I know things are tight in the food supply industry due to the pandemic, but Thrive is marketing themselves for quick delivery yet they're out of the majority of items and let you know there's a one to two week delay in shipping only after you've joined. Very disappointing.

I purchased a reduced item with Thrive for a few bucks. It was very easy to get hooked into ordering more healthy products. A few weeks later I was charged a ridiculous membership fee. From what I see here, so has everyone else. I can tell you I am an educator and read everything. There was no bill of sale at the end of my first order eluding to the purchase of an annual membership. In fact, when i first logged on, the only button I could push was "shop" after filling out my email address. I filed a complaint with my credit card company to have the fee removed. Now I have to retrieve my credit card on file because you can't automatically remove it from their site. This is a very shady business. If you don't mind purchasing a sixty dollar membership, and have extra money to shell out, by all means shop here and save gas.
First-order came in a timely fashion and everything was packaged well, nothing liquid broke. Every happy about this purchase. I'm finding many items I buy from other places for better prices here and I like the Thrive brand of Organics. Also, it is really nice to be able to shop specifically for my diet and add in other filters to get more specific items I like, it's always a struggle at the grocery to find gluten-free items that are also organic. I was very happy with the wide selection, even though we are in this pandemic most items were available (but it is understandable the items that are quickly out of stock).

Placed one order with them before realizing they were going to charge a yearly membership fee for a service I didn't want. They don't provide the normal cancellation options that other websites do, so you have to call. Apparently my request to cancel must have gotten lost since I am still getting charged almost $60, since you have to call by phone there is no good way to show a record of your request to cancel. It's a huge scam and I have filed a transaction dispute with my bank - waiting to see what will happen.
Answer: Also you should always stay on the phone with the rep until you actually receive the confirmation email. That goes for all interactions like this one with any business..
