After support lied to me a number of times about completely missing the shipping time they told me they'd upgrade my shipping via 2nd day air. They kept telling me they've verified the items would be shipping soon. Turns out due to a "bug" they completely forgot to actually process my order (Other than charging me). They refused to push my order to the front of the line.
Finally a month late it "shipped" turns out it didn't ship. They added a shipping tag at DHL and USPS instead of the promised upgrade. It then sat in their warehouse at this point over two days still hasn't been brought to the carrier. I still have not received my purchase.
I've ordered 5 tshirts in the highest quality offered from Threadless's store. I paid extra for a quicker shipping, but I get surprised with long delays, which later after contacting them, it turned out they have used the slower shipping method because they didn't pay attention. They refunded my extra charges.
At first glance, the shirts looked amazing, I wore them right away, but after only one or two washes, I was shocked by the results. The designs fade and peel off, they made a mess in my washing machine and left debree on my other clothes. After complaining, they automatically sent me a replacement (Without asking me first), but then I had to pay for shipping and taxes in cash upon receipt. Anyhow. New replacement shirt, same story. They delivered all of my mask orders on time! Good quality, soft, and fun art! Both the premium (black elastic) and regular (white elastic) are good! And the artwork is cute!
So I order 2 masks on May 3rd 2020 Today is July 9th 2020 and they just arrived. I the meantime I have had to buy others because they ones they give out at work make my face inch. They masks that arrived cost me 35 canadian (about 50 American) and they are small and have no nose clip at all! I would not order again very disappointed customer!

Received my shirts, and I am appalled at the quality. It's been a few years since I purchased from threadless, and I will not again. The quality is garbage. All four shirts I purchased have extremely low quality prints on them, and 2 of the 4 shirts are laughably crooked. I paid nearly $100 for 4 shirts and patiently waited 3 weeks... I couldn't be more disappointed.
Ordered two 24x36 prints from Threadless for $65 each. The product description states that each print will have a 1" border. One print is great but the other print they sent me is just a 17x23 print on a 24x36 piece of paper, and on top of that the print is messed up at the top. Did I really pay an extra $30 over what they charge for an 18x24 print to receive an extra large border on a large piece of paper? I immediately contacted customer service via their website, and have received no reply in 4 days. On social media they respond saying "they'll look into it" and also do literally nothing about it. Their customer service is literally non-existent... if you're going to order from them, just understand that if anything is messed up, you will be left holding the bag.

I opened a store to offer merch for my music. I ordered a sample of each of the products I intended to offer, before making the store public, which cost me $238.
I have found that most of them, across the different categories, look cheap.
The digital printing is always blurry (much less definition than in the original images).
The supposedly white background of some products looks more like cream than white.
The notepad was packaged with a 90° angle bend because they didn't want to use a larger box.
The pillows have knots in the fabric and even light brownish stains.
A friend of mine ordered a zip pouch and came up with the same opinion.
The website may look nice enough, but the products they actually deliver are far from making the cut and would damage any artist's reputation. I will have to go somewhere else.

Ordered 2 pants and 3 t-shirts on May 13th. Now it is June 10th. And I have received only 1 pair of pants and 1 t-shirt. Customer service does not answer. And now am leaving the address where the order was supposed to be shipped. So I will never receive the products, even if by some miracle they arrive. Will customer service ever answer? Will I get reimbursed? To be continued but right now my advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They look cute but they are VERY VERY thin. Like see through them thin. Might as well use a kleenix because it gives about the same amount of protection. Sent all of the ones I ordered right back.

I ordered about 10 shirts for me and my family. After 6 weeks, nothing arrived. I sent multiple inquiries to them, at first to find out what was going on, and then to request a refund. Did not receive a single response. Don't waste your time or money.

It's not worth it, at least not if you have to pay shipping extra costs. My sweatshirt didn't fit at all, even though the sizing details said it should. If you really must order Threadless clothes: One size larger, as soon as you are anywhere on the upper middle of the size's scale.
Its print also didn't look good, kinda grungy/ grainy. It's not disastrous or unrecognizable, but underwhelming.
The transparent sticker I ordered is supposed to have some text on it, but it is barely readable. The letters aren't complete.
Don't think I'd call Threadless complete garbage, but I definitely don't recommend it.
Avoid if living in the UK. Postage is very expensive and they don't cover any customs fees. It cost me $26.70 for delivery and then I found out after a month of waiting (as the items couldn't be tracked) that there was an additional £21.44 customs fees. Not worth it for a few cheap t-shirts.
I've purchased a lot of tees just in the past several months, when their tees were on sale. The tee shirts are very nice quality but one large order never arrived. I contacted customer service via email. Took 4 days to hear back from them. My lost order was being shipped out... with a different tracking number. I wonder what would've happened had I not contacted them. Still wondering what happened to that original bunch with a different tracking number! Other orders shipped out as normal. I still think, since I have to pay shipping, that they should arrive much sooner than they do especially when company is in Florida & I live in Virginia
I used to love Threadless and supporting artists by ordering their T-shirts. I ordered from them in February and a month later they sent an email saying my order had been packaged with someone else's order and sent to them, I guess for free
I was not given the option of waiting for replacement T-shirts, but judging by the reviews here, that's fine. I don't want garbage quality anyway. I asked them to return what I paid for the order in full so we will see. It was my first order in 10 years and my last forever. If they print each T-shirt to order, how hard is it to send it to the right person?
I was a long time Threadless customer, over 10 years of purchases made. I loved their screen printing, and use of American made textiles. I especially would order a good amount yearly for Christmas gifts, it was my go to.
This year, the shirts that arrived were just horrible. Blurry screen printing, off center prints, peeling images, and seriously crappy tshirts.
After weeks of me having to send badgering emails, (the first reply which said the screen printing issues were due to the shirts having a "vintage/distressed look"... bull. A vintage shirt does not peel, and look like mush, and the extra fancy expensive soft tees, were crappy cheap shirts from China), I did end up getting a refund, and a chore of donating said shirts. What a complete waste.

I ordered a sticker. It took like a month to get here and they have it on this vinyl stuff, right? Well, unlike a regular sticker, between the material and the crappy perforations, it's basically impossible to peel off. I ended up having to peel off the sticker and the square of material surrounding it then tear off the excess along the perforation, going around the perimeter. The result was that my sticker was warped at the edges and now peels and has unfixable bumps around the perimeter. It's a $#*!ing sticker. It shouldn't be that $#*!ing hard.
Our family has been shopping Threadless shirts for maybe 6 years now, we've purchased many t-shirts and they've all been great. Our kids are sad when they outgrow the shirts, but they've all been in good enough condition to pass along. Recently we miscalculated on sizing for a t-shirt and the customer service far surpassed our expectations in providing a replacement. We love that the company supports individual artists, and prints on demand. We will continue to order for ourselves, and to give as gifts.
THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY APPARENTLY, THOUGH IT SAYS YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO THEM THE TEE SHIRTS ARE TRASH AND THE DESIGNS ARE WORSE. Answer: I bought clothing in July. I've been going back and forth through email with someone named Nick Etheridge. It's October and I still don't have what I paid for around $85. At this point I don't think I'll get a refund or the merchandise.
Answer: Having the same issue but it's been past 5 days and the super unprofessional support emails can basically say they don't care.
Answer: Threadless doesn't care about customer value, the marketing and constant sales really puts a hole in our pockets. While I feel they need to be sued
