Need to help finding better rates for my insurance made one inquiry to zebra they were with me within minutes and on my way to a new policy with better rates than I originally asked for with a large insurance company. Couldn't ask for anything better Cindy From Austin Texas assisted me with everything I could ask for and more thank you zebra!
DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE THROUGH THEM! They of horrible insurance providers. I got stuck with unique car insurance. Omg worst experience ever. I called cancel the policy theynlied told me everything was good and then they tried to take another payment out of my account. They never cancelled the policy. Thank god i recently had to get a new debit card and the payment was denied. They have the rudest customer service ive ever dealt with. STAY FAR AWAY! I ended up with state farm for a lower price and lower deductible and excellent customer service.
So I seen commercial on tv and believed after giving all info they came up with error please. All agent tried multiple times same message, don't trust it
Jasmine was so friendly, and helpful. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable about what she was doing. Went out of her way to help me with my insurance.
This company is BS, nothing more than giving all your information to insurance companies so you get one call after another. There is no instant price comparison. Don't waste your time!
This site does not offer comparisons. They only funnel you to one insurance company in your area for a quick buck. Not as advertised at all. Don't waste your time.
Doesn't let you choose your coverages so you can't really compare to your current policy.No glass coverage or lower deductible. Site is basically useless just a waste of my time

Total waste of time - they jsut steal your personal info and do not offer any quotes. See screenshots attached. They just get paid to redirect you to the home page of random insurers. WIDE BERTH

Unlike other competitors, we are not lead generation and do not sell your information. We stopped asking for a phone number back in 2019 as an offer of goodwill towards our custo mers. In terms of quotes, we do offer quotes, but some of the bigger name companies still prefer for you to buy the policy on their respective website, which is an inefficiency we are currently resolving, but we can assure you that it is not random and is entirely safe. Would have given them 5 stars if they didn't sell my contact info, EVEN with them knowing in got a policy threw them, NOW I GET CALL AFTER HARASSING CALL, insurance companies calling all day! Thumbs down all the way!

In fact, we stopped asking for a phone number to use our service back in 2019 since it was such a major pain point for customers. So, there is no way for us to have your phone number, so even further there is no way for us to sell it. I was looking for homeowners insurance for my daughter. I had tried EVERYTHING and EVERYBODY, with no luck. I FINALLY tried The Zebra! Their representative was courteous, intelligent, and went above and beyond to find her a policy that fit her needs. I wish I'd tried them first - I would have saved HOURS of aggravation and stress!
Easy to work with. Representative was knowledgeable and professional. Explained different options and got us a great deal.
Filled out all info required for 3 cars. Got "quote" for I vehicle and most of those required me to click on to another site to get an actual quote. Completely wasted my time!
All it does is collect your info and pass it along to insurance companys so they can slam you with usuless advertisements. Just a marketing collecting website. Totally false advertising.
DO NOT USE ZEBRA! They are an agent for multiple companies and once they get your money, if you have any problems, they do not care and will tell you to call the company you have insurance through. Horrible Customer service!

Before I could log off of my email I had four text messages and five phone calls from insurance companies I only picked one to give me a quote on the text messages I hit stop and text it back hoping they won't text me but they're Autobots they just keep rolling in do not use this company
