Wife's name spelled wrong, date of beginning my policy grossly in error. I think that the people who work there are only incompetent because the company cannot train their workers properly.
It was great fast and helpful as well as friendly would recommend. Prices are great and the person on the phone that helped with my quote very helpful and courteous I would like to thank him for his great service.
The app was intuitive and quick to use. Both reps I spoke with were genuinely nice and a pleasure to work with. Specifically the insurance agent, he kept the conversation going while doing all the work on his end. My entire experience financing then purchasing this vehicle and getting insurance was done remote during COVID and The Zebra was by far the smoothest part.
Before I could log off of my email I had four text messages and five phone calls from insurance companies I only picked one to give me a quote on the text messages I hit stop and text it back hoping they won't text me but they're Autobots they just keep rolling in do not use this company
Saved me $140 a month and I'm with the same provider. They gave me the same coverage and everything just a different policy number
The process is quick enough however at the end it gives you a list of insurance companies with no quote just links to click on to get a quote from them, basically starting the entire process over. You can just do the same on your own. No need for this service.

Mara Dean provided me exceptional service and went above and beyond to get me a fantastic rate. She was very professional and informative.As the cheesy guy who speaks while you're on hold, I did in fact receive a slice of wisdom pie.
Went through and answered all of the questions and entered all of the driver info for my household (3). After it was done "thinking", it presented me with 3 insurance companies (Progressive, AAA and Allstate) and it just had "Get Quote" buttons next to them. Now, I already have Progressive so that button is useless. I clicked on get quote from AAA thinking my info that I just took the time to fill-in would carry over... NOPE! Start over from scratch. Frustrating experience.
They offered me the highest rate I have ever been quoted... and got my information from me for free. I fell for the advertisement of low cost. Misleading site. False advertisement too.
This was the easiest buying and insurance policy has ever been. Gina my agent at The Zebra was super helpful, and got me the best rate I've ever gotten. She followed up when she said she would. She even gave me a direct number so I there is no long wait to speak with her. Seriously the Best!
