This company is the worst. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their agent was incredibly unhelpful with terrible communication. I had more questions after talking to their agent than I did before. Dustin completely disregarded what i was looking to purchase. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE ZEBRA...
The big companies pay to put their names first and won't show you any quotes. Zebra makes you go into their (GEICO, Progressive) websites to enter in more information to finally see a quote. The more information you give them, the more they have to sell. Obviously that's how Zebra makes its money.
The agent I worked with made the entire process very easy. She informed me of my options and steered me toward the best fit for our needs. We plan on using Zebra again in the future!
Very dissatisfied. After purchasing and signing all the necessary paperwork, I decided to look up the company and read some reviews. I discovered they are in about 8 states but none of them are NV. Which is where I live.
The insurance representative quoted a price to me which included discounts he said I was qualified for but after signing up I was informed that I didn't qualify for it because my other insurance lapsed by 2 days. The insurance representative was aware of this when he quoted me the discounted price. I will not be renewing with The Zebra insurance company as I do not like deceitful tactics to get a sale.

My dealership and I have been calling all day to put my new vehicle on my policy since Safeco makes you go through your agent, in this case the zebra. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone there. Ended up switching companies so I could actually get the vehicle insured. Steer clear of this company.

I have already recommended Zebra to a family member and will continue to recommend Zebra to whomever I know that needs it. I got new car insurance and renters insurance. It was just so easy - one stop shopping. I was so happy they could just get me signed up right then - all documents and pictures done and my policies delivered. The agent who helped me clearly new what she was doing. Not a lot in life is easy, but this was, and not even for a fee. I really appreciated it.

I was told my monthly charge would be $89. I got to the Tag office, and they told me I had to call and update my VIN. I did, and they told me someone didn't put my VIN in correctly, so my monthly charge would go up $100! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Xochitl was very informative in explaining something as simple and inexpensive as renters insurance could be so valuable I'm a believer and I recommend everyone call Xochitl for a quote right now. She has the best rates out there!
Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
