I have lived at the chesterfield apartments for 3 years and just renewed my lease. I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with management. I have enjoyed living here and it is conveniently located and in a good neighborhood.
I have lived ay Quail Ridge East managed by Wooten company for many years. I call it home. Great staff and maintenance. Location close to everything needed. Work, school, stores, Hwy exits. Care for buildings and grounds is apparent. Laundry and fitness room on site. Neighbors friendly and mostly respectful. Grateful and enjoy doing life here.
The Wooten Co manages & maintains the apartments where I live and they do an amazing job - the staff who works at the apartments are always friendly, professional and ready to help! The apartments are clean, bug free, well maintained and private - no wall-to-wall apts so you feel like you live in a cubicle! I would definitely recommend the Chesterfield Village Apts!
I am a current resident at Republic Palms run by The Wooten Company. They are very responsive. I have never had any issues. They make paying rent and renewing my lease very easy and convenient. I would recommend renting from The Wooten Company.
We have rented with the Wooten Company through Embassy Ozark for 4 years. Their application process was simple and we were approved in 2 days. We love their location in ozark and their apartment manager (Desiree) is always very helpful and always friendly. We are pleased with their staff and the fact that everything in the apartment is up to date and very well maintained. I feel that the price is fair for the location and what it entails. I would encourage others to rent from the Wooten Company, I don't see myself ever renting from anyone else. I will stay here until I decide to purchase a house again.
The Oakwood Courts Apartments in Republic Mo have great amenities, friendly neighborhood. Great lighting in the parking area. Address concerns quickly.
The a apartments are really nice and they are really close to all the shopping and eating places you need and the office staff are really nice and helpful
English Village off chestnut expressway is a great place to live maintenance is prompt office ladies are competent, helpful and always on the job.
Great complex, with affordable rates and a superb location. Lots of amenities. A very warm and inviting neighborhood.
The property manager and maintenance people are all courteous and helpful at the apartment complex I live at.
Oak Leaf Apartments: The interior of the apartments are very nice. I especially like the hardwood floors.
