I ordered the 5 panel American Eagle portraits as a wedding gift. Both the post office and company kept saying it was delivered 2 months later. I never received it. I asked for a refund. They said it would be forwarded to accounting and I haven't heard from them since. No package and no refund.
I ordered The Soldier Canvas for my son who just completed a long grueling Basic training in the military. I ordered this as a Christmas present for his room. It arrived several weeks later rolled up in a tiny little package from China, not in the canvas picture form that I ordered and it showed. It's this cheap paper prints rolled up like posters you stick on the wall. Not worth the $50 I paid for it, and of course they do their little false marketing strategy to make it look like you're getting a deal cause it's on sale, from $150 to $50, but this crap isn't even worth $10. What a joke, and they say no refunds on items if on sale. They do that to cover their own $#*!. So they won't have to refund. I'm reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your money. I hate deceiving thieves. Cause that's what these people are. Deceiving the public for their own financial gain. They are being reported! Karma!
If I could give no stars I would. That is how worse this company is. I had ordered the wooden canvas print with military soldiers on it for my husband who is a retired military vet; and I ordered a shirt. I ordered it in October 2017 hoping in time for Christmas. I got the shirt in no time but the canvas took very long. Too long that I did not want to wait for because they kept telling me itll be shipped in the next week; after a week went by, still no purchase.so I just asked for a refund. I emailed them saying I wanted a refund and they sent me a email saying I will get the amount back but it has not posted to my account. It is now april 2018 and still no word from the and no refund or any word on my order. I have emailed them numerous of times. It sucks because their advertisement looks really nice that I really wanted the canvas print but don't let them fool you!

Not only did it take 2 months to get the order but it wasn't what I ordered. And I was told that because it was on sale when I ordered, there was no exchanging it. Even though it wasn't what I paid for. Don't waste your money on this site.
This site sucks. Placed order#******* on December 2nd 2018. It is now Feb 9th 2019. Still nothing. I have emailed them 13 times. Was told wait another week. Nothing. Then was told money would be reito my account. Still nothing. This is a scam. Don't order from this place. I will be reporting to the BBB also. Shut this site down.
I ordered framed and got it not framed, low quality picture. Came late. Requested a refund and they said they dont do refunds on anything sale, which happens to be every single thing on the website.
I ordered a 5 piece canvas print and after a very long wait to receive the print, I noticed they sent 5 pieces, unframed, rolled up and one of the canvas pieces were doubles. The 5 piece print looks like crap because they sent the wrong piece to make up the picture. I've sent 5 emails to them and no responses. Horrible service! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
