The Thermosoft heat pad delivery experience was exceptional. It was delivered within four (4) days. However, being a Do-It-Yourself type person, I was slightly intimidated by the instructions and cautions throughout the literature. But after the installation was completed, I was pleasantly surprised at how easily the entire process was done! I will definitely use your products again.

When a customer orders, advise them that the electrician and/or floor tile installer may STRONGLY recommend the alarm to save a lot of potential problems and expense. So, why don't you do the same?
Overall the ordering and shipping was easy, efficient and well executed. I'm hoping the system works that well after the tile is installed.

Rep was knowledgeable and helpful. I got my package very quickly -- we haven't installed the floor yet, but Thermosoft did its part well!

I mostly satified. To tell you the truth I was told to leave a message with the operator after being on hold for a while. I never received a call back after a second message. I was very satified with Bob Kraft who was helping me. i was able to reach him via email and he contacted me when no one returned my calls. He saved my thoughts of the company.

The help I received from the support desk was very helpful. When I was told to cut the wire anywhere. They should have said make sure you leave at least 4 inchs of wire on each side.

I have not installed the thermostat yet. But everything came to the house on time. the only problem is I thought I ordered the 90 foot role and I got a 60 but I will make that do.

I cannot make a complete judgment until the flooring has been installed and I see how it works.

While the salesman we spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and we received it within a week, we were somewhat surprised that $600.00 worth of floor heat arrived in a 1'x2' box. There is little or no pad with this heating system. We have not installed it yet, but time will tell.

Doug Hermann has been extremely helpful to me as this us the first time I have installed thermosoft products. I have been impressed with the willingness of the organization to make things simple for us, we appreciate that!
Based on my experience, I would use thermosoft again and would recommend thermosoft!

We are happy with the product except for the actual length of the rolls were over half a foot shorter than they said they would be. This was a little disappointing since the heat doesn't radiate that much to make up the difference.

Have not received the product yet, so I do not know how install will go. Robert Kraft was very helpful.

started out it was going to be shipped late; david (ext.19) handeled the situation superbly, & got the mats to us on time for the tile installer . they work great under our bathroom slate tile floor & they were less expensive than other brands . pls. give david a special thankes from us for the extra effort.

Anthony Lavit took care of me really well. He is a well mannered professional. The purchase was simple and easy. I haven't istalled the product yet but am looking forward to it.

I bought floor heating mats from Thermosoft in the summer of 2010 for master bath and kitchen. The sales rep ( I don't remember his name) helped me to determine my real coverage ( it became much smaller than I originally thought) and instructed me with installation. I remembered that mats came in pretty quick. I am surprised with previous review that mats have been missing, but I guess s#@t happens everywhere... If somebody had become unhappy, he will continue being unhappy... I also had to return some of my mats back to Thermosoft (we decided to skip the kitchen remodeling due to budget issues) but the return was easy, no gimmicks, got all the money back for these mats. They have no restocking fees- got 100% back. The floor in our master bath is working great and it is SO enjoyable to step from the shower on the warm floor... Overall I am pleased with the product and the service and would do business with them again (once we get enough money for the kitchen remodeling).
