The Pearl Source

Price is relatively lower than Pearl Paradise and other websites. It does give you the option to purchase nicer gift box to elevate the product itself. I can visually spot flaws on all pearls, but people from distance probably unable see them. It is AA +, cannot complain too much. 1st time from a pearl company did not come with a certificate of authenticity. All pearls should come with a certificate to identify origin, grade, and size per their website. It should be signed with an inspector's name. It only came with a printed 5 x 7 says " Genuine Cultured Pearl GUARANTEE". Honestly, it threw me off with a cheap guarantee card. Details matter.
Anyway, I was disappointed.

By far the most thoughtful and beautiful gift anyone has ever given me! The package arrived on time and as promised. It didn't disappoint me, so I would recommend The Pearl Source company to everybody!

While I wait for my order to arrive, I've had questions about shipping times and even contacted them about a 20% coupon I missed entering during checkout. The staff have been all too willing to assist and I even received my refund early on a Sunday morning (I would not recommend doing that, as my experience may not be everyone's) I would just pay attention to what I was doing if I had it to do over again. Still, I'm pretty excited that I was taken care of in A timely manner on a weekend no less. I've no doubt that with the other product reviews and my customer service experience that I'm going to be completely satisfied come Christmas morning.

I will either update this review or post another once the necklace has been received. I'm confident in my purchase.

The box is beautiful but the quality of the pearls was just really poor. They claimed AAA quality and these pearls are nowhere near AAA quality. They are not round and have extensive imperfections. They are A quality (or D on the Tahitian grading system). It doesn't match the quality of the pearls in the photos on their website, which appeared to be AAA. The quality of these pearls is that of low-end jewelry. We were just in French Polynesia so I'm quite familiar with what good quality Tahitian black pearls look like.`

Pearls are beautiful, shipping was quick, come in a very nice box too.
Customer service was awesome, I originally ordered a set, and my wife wanted a longer necklace( my mistake), I bought them 3 months before my anniversary, the company was very accommodating in returning just the necklace, and replacing it with a longer size for a reasonable up charge.
Couldn't be more satisfied, and my wife loves them

Bought pearl necklace from this company who then delivered to wrong address and would not do anything about it other then rip me off for over $350 dollars. Warning, stay away from.

The Pearl Source is a great place to buy pearl jewelry. I have bought quite a few items from them and sometimes compare their products to other merchants' and I always choose The Pearl Source. The reasons are: the quality is superb and as stated in the product description, the price lower than others, delivery prompt and on promised date, return process easy and seamlessly handled. I am also impressed by their large, thoughtful and beautiful selections with new styles often added. It is easy to find what you love at a price you can afford.

Apparently there isn't any sort of grading system for pearls like there is for diamonds but you would still expect pearls described as 'the best in the world' to be close to round and have a nice shine and be free from markings. These weren't. I have quality freshwater pearls from another company so I know these are nowhere near fine grade.

I am writing my review here because I seriously doubt you guys will allow my true review to show on your website.

To order, easy peasyz No problem. In returning, a job well done, they accomodate your issue right away. It's so nice to do business with them all the time. Staff's are very accomodating & friendly too.

I initially decided to buy from the Pearl Source as they looked to be very good quality compared to other stores. I received my pearl stud earrings today and they are in indeed very beautiful and of great quality, so I'm really happy with the product.

But more than that, I'm also very impressed with the online service. My earrings were shipped within a few hours of me placing the order and were packaged very nicely when they arrived. I'm in Australia and was therefore hesitant about purchasing from the US at the moment because COVID19 has caused most international postage times to blow out to many weeks (which I've experienced firsthand from other companies) - but I saw that the Pearl Source were using a courier to ship rather than the post, so I decided to proceed. The shipment got to me from them in the US to me in Australia in less than 5 days - which is pretty impressive.

This was a very good buying experience and I'll definitely be back.
