I ordered 3 flying Orb balls on Dec14th. Today is Dec 28th and it still hasn't shipped according to USPS

Another scammer that should be prosecuted and put in jail!,ordered 3 balls on 12/14/22,received a tracking number on 12/18/22,continually shows USPS awaiting item possesion.It is very disheartening knowing that people can stoop so low to steal!Just as the previous reviews of this so called business,they say to contact them via email regarding any questions about your order and they will respond within 24 hours,bogus!I have made numerous attempts,no response and no phone number for contact besides the number logged on the BBB website,and that number is a Wyoming phone number.Bottom line,,nothing but thieves!

Ordered Dec 3, label created Dec 10, sat in AZ warehouse for 5 more days- received it in CO Dec 20. I am a bit skeptical of the products as the boxes are labeled with a different name than what's advertised from this company. Product is made in China. I opened both boxes before sending to my nephews and noted they are quite flimsy, so I'm hopeful they last and are just made to be super light weight. Instructions are practically nonexistent. Time will tell. How much time? We shall see…. Not sure they're worth even the sale price honestly. #disappointedalready

Ordered 12/10. Never received. I was charged. Sent to customer service 3X. No response. I was scammed

I ordered 2 of the original fly orbs. I got a tracking number 10 days later after numerous emails that got no response. After a few days I realized I was burnt on $50. UPDATE: Now, 3 weeks after i ordered, i got an update through usps that the awaiting item status changed and my order is being packaged for delivery and got a date for delivery in just 5 days. They arrived 3 1/2 weeks after ordering, they are cheap junk. They're actually labeled the Fly Nova Pro and once turned on it takes off by itself and floats away from you too fast to be able to catch. It immediately floats up and to the right everytime. It is EXTREMELY loud and annoying. CAN NOT be used inside! Completely worthless, the led strip lights inside the ball broke the first time it hit grass.

I ordered my orbfly on 12/6... I received shipping and tracking information on 12/13... today is 12/23 and according to the USPS tracking number that they provided, USPS has still not received the package. I have been trying to contact them for the last week and they will not respond. I filed a formal dispute with my credit card company today. There are a lot of online vendors that sell these Orbs. My recommendation is that you buy from a vendor that sells through Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Amazon and Walmart will both help you, if the transaction goes bad.

Same story as others. Ordered 12/05, shipping label created 12/10 but it has not shipped. Emailed 3 times, no response. Website says in stock and free 2 day shipping. Will be disputing charge with bank.

Bought a orb for my granddaughter and after playing with it for about 20 minutes it guit. I made numerous attempts to email but they never responded.

Same as many others here. No response, no order, no delivery etc. Just called my CC to dispute charge.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift nearly two weeks ago. With two days left, I still don't have it.
Company won't answer emails. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero.

Received a tracking number for USPS, but USPS hasn't received the item yet. It's been weeks. Avoid.

Ordered 12/06/22 and nothing yet. Yet they ship from Phoenix and 80% ships within 24hrs. They claim a state of the art shipping facility, can't prove that by me. Order from China, you will get it quicker.

I ordered from this website 12/11 and after a week has passed, I had not received any communication about my order since the original order confirmation. I emailed them on 12/17 asking for an update. Today is 12/20, and I received no response to my inquiry. Now after seeing other negative reviews on this site, I'm convinced this company is a scam. Now I have to go through the trouble of reporting fraud to my credit card company and scramble to find another Xmas gift for my nephew. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Nothing to add to my title: no money, no product, no way to communicate with them.

Fly Orb advertised delivery within 2 to four days. After 5 days of no delivery I em for a response. Their response was a 30 digit ups tracking number which was invalid. I think I have been scammed for $50.00 Please don't order from them. Amazon is advertising the product with delivery within two days.
