Ordered 2 of these for the grandchildren for Christmas. Ordered them 12/13/24 and they said they would be delivered in time for Christmas. They confirmed the price I would be charged. They charged my credit card immediately for a different amount, $23 more than what the confirmation email said it would cost. Didn't receive the items for 1 month, after I contacted them multiple times. I questioned them about the price discrepancy and was told it was a glitch. My credit card company won't refund any money since I received a product. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I ordered 7 of this item as Christmas present for my grandchildren. I ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas but it did not arrive until after the holiday - even though the website said it would arrive on time. I have tried to get in touch with the company 5 times via email and through the "contact" info on their website and have not received an answer. The is no phone listed to call either. I have had to turn the matter over to my credit card company.

After watching a few very cool videos that made this ball seem like a magic, futuristic toy. I decided to pay $28.99 and order one, wanting to give it as a Christmas gift for a 8 year old. Of course when it arrived about 4 days later I was very excited to try it out. It is a very, very light weight plastic ball with a few LED lights in it. It also includes a charging USB cord (app.4 inch cord) and a simple instruction paper. So after reading the instructions, I give it a try, it had some charge to it. Enough to turn it on, the lights come on and the "motor" comes on. The "motor" was basically like a miniature fan, like what you would have on a personal handheld fan, cheap and weak. There was no hovering, floating, or magic to it. It did nothing but blink and fan ran about 10 seconds. So I read again. I charge the ball, it is difficult to insert the USB to the ball, and also to push the power button. I charge for a short time. Instructions say "about 15 minutes". Now the ball lights comes on and fan motor comes on...for about 5 seconds and then goes dead. I made about 20 attempts, same results. And now, according to their own web site"it should be easy to get a real person " when you reach out to them. I have not gotten a real person let alone an acknowledgement that I am asking for assistance. I have made 5 attempts using their site and doing everything they require to get a refund or replacement. I get NO RESPONSE AT ALL. The 30 day guarantee has come and gone. My advice is- DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I purchased this on 12/4/24

Ordered this on December 6th. Receipt said that it would be shipped the next day. I checked on the order two days later and was informed that it was in a facility in Mesa, AZ. It had a tracking number for USPS. I have made four calls to their number and written 5 emails to them. I have yet to get a reply, And as of this date (1/5) I have still not received it. The tracking number still shows the location as Mesa, AZ. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 2 for my grandson's for Christmas. As others have said they are poorly made and work about 5 minutes and then break! I had two very unhappy boys to deal with. I also tried to contact the company and of course never received a response. I am contacting my credit card to hopefully get my money back.

So, this thing got me and my family laughing hysterically trying to use it, but it doesn't stay charged for 30 minutes, not even 10 minutes. It takes longer to charge than it works for. It flys for about 5 minutes. I got 2 thinking "the original fly orb" was legitimate because they had their own website. It's pretty scammy. Im especially upset that it only lasts 5 minutes. They say it's supposed to take 15 to charge and fly for up to a half hour, but it also says 10 minutes in the manual. It only lasts 5 though. The plastic cage is extremely flimsy, but it protects the blade I guess. Its extremely fun, I just wish the company weren't complete liars. And also, if you try to tap it with your shoe and have it return to you, it doesn't work. It turns itself off. I was so excited for this thing, I figured technology has advanced a lot but I guess it was just too good to be true.

I purchased 2 of the flying Orbs for my boys for Christmas, and one of them came broken and they say on the website that they would do refunds or exchanges and also that they would be so fast at contacting you back. However they have Not messaged or emailed me back. I do believe they are scammers and they give you junk crap that doesn't work! Please beware that you may pay for something that comes broken!

I thought this would be a fun gift, I wasted $68.
One was broken before I even opened the box. The other one broke with in five minutes, no control over where it goes,, It slams into everything.
Cheap plastic toy, Grandson was so disappointed.
I Tried to get a refund and got nowhere.

1st) off LIE about 2/3 day shipping
Took almost 3 wks to receive after paying for 2/3day shipping!
2nd)NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS
3rd) finally received the balls an the fan is broken

Our flyorb broke immediately - the light string broke off and tangled in the propeller. I've contacted to company multiple times over the last few weeks without response despite their website saying they respond promptly. They also claim a 30 day return policy however it's pretty hard to return if no one will respond. Knock offs from Amazon probably would've been the better way to go. Had high hopes for this but super disappointed.

They shouldn't be in business. Product is terrible with no response to questions. 1 star rating is too generous!

Company never replies back. Filed a complaint with my credit card company for funds to be returned..

Very unhappy. I purchased three for Christmas, one was given, the other two this weekend. I purchased in September because I thought they were so cool, but inferior they are. My granddaughter received the broken one. I fear the other two are broken as well. Unfortunately, I didn't set them up, I just wrapped them. Customer service said they cannot help because it's past 60 days. I won't recommend or purchase these again. I could be out 80 dollars, totally unacceptable especially for such paltry products. Seriously these are probably worth 3 bucks. Don't waste your money

My Flying Orb was broken when I received it so it never charged at all. I have reached out to the company via email (there is no phone number) and absolutely no response. Save your money do not buy this product!

They say their product is the original and everything else is a knock off. They claim they have a 30 day return policy satisfaction guaranteed. They just don't respond when you have an issue. No phone number to call. The flying orb is cheep and came broken. Hopefully future customers read all these reviews.
