I received my orb 3 weeks after I ordered it. When trying to test it out for the first time, the directions say to shake it once. So I charged it. The only way to turn it on was an extremely small button on the top. When I pushed the button, it went flying out of my hand and hit the wall. The propeller stopped working and when I reached out to the company, they're refusing to assist in either repairing or replacing it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Be very careful ordering from this company. I ordered two of these and the next day tried to cancel realizing my grandchildren already had been given these last Christmas and one broke within minutes, and the other within two weeks.
I have now contacted them four times trying to return the unopened boxes with not even one response from them. They do not show a phone number for you to contact them only email.
Total fraud. Do not buy them!

I wish I would have checked the reviews first. You cannot call them and I emailed several times with no response to make a return of 2 balls for $50. A scam!

Do not buy - horrible product for something that should cost $1

Ordered 2 online Dec 8. Shipping was supposed to be less than a week. No product delivered so had my bank reverse charges beginning of January. Product was delivered broken Jan 20th. I thought no reason to waste anymore time, I had gotten my money back. March 24 bank sent letter saying company had taken money back out of account. Company still does not reply to emails and no phone number to call.

Purchased 4 off these as gifts. Started using the first and it very quickly broke. Decided to return the package and followed the website instructions. Sent message requesting the return but never got a response. Sent 2 more messages, same result. Purchased through PayPal and they took over. After a few weeks they got seller to agree to full refund. Unfortunately when I got to FedEx I was told cheapest return from Philly area to South Africa would cost more than $300. US mail was much less but still almost what I'd originally paid for the items. NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

I ordered the Original flying orb, weeks before my grandson's birthday. It was supposed to be shipped 4 day express. It took about a month to get it, weeks AFTER my grandson's birthday. Then it didn't work. So for the past 3 weeks I've been contacting them and they will not talk to me. Beware!

I bought orb for my grandson for christmas, exactly 12.9.2022, website says it will be shipped in two days, but I could not give it to him because it did not arrive until 1.8.2023, he played with orb one day and it started to smell like the electrical wire burn, I contacted company several times, first time about not being delivered on time for christmas, never heard from them, even though their web site states that they are in 21 century with communication technology...
When orb broke after one day using it I e-mailed again and nothing on their part, I know that their policy says in "original condition", but how kid suppose to play with it if he can't take it out of box and use it...
That company is worst I ever dealt with, product doesn't stand up for what they claim it to be,
I don't like to write negative reviews but they just take money
Terrible product

Promised 2 day shipping in middle of December, product sat with a label, unreceived, in Chandler, AZ for almost a month. My credit card won't refund because it shows it was delivered a MONTH later?! We contact edthe company for WEEKS asking about our product, which failed to arrive as advertised, and never ONCE got a response! They are a complete and utter scam - fraudulently advertising! Shame on your company.

Broke same day and the company will not respond to emails. They had a great communication process up until purchase, but zero support for their product.

I did not receive the Flying Orb in the time that was promised. Once I did receive it, it didn't even make it two weeks without fans breaking. The company doesn't respond to emails (I've sent several) and they don't have a phone number to call.

After multiple delays we finally received the order three weeks after Christmas. Ok...fine. I can deal with that...things happen. We went a different direction on the gifts. Now we want to return the Orbs but no one responds. Their "Contact" email appears un-monitored. During the delay we sent emails to get updates but no response then either. There are lots of other options out there...I would go with them.

I should have read the comments before purchasing this. Ordered 12/10/22, told it would arrive for xmas. Received it on 1/6/23. The company didn't respond to my emails about delivery, so i got my nephew a similar one on amazon which arrived before christmas. Trying to return the unopened one to original fly orb and have sent no fewer than 5 emails. No response. So i'm stuck with this thing, and given the bad overall experience, am hesitant to give it to someone for a birthday present cause i'd say the percentage is high it won't work.

I want to return the orbs I ordered, but even after multiple emails, I get NO response. Their website promises person to person customer service. This is a crappy company with NO customer service. Do not buy from this place!

I purchased this toy 4 weeks prior to Christmas for my son. It never got shipped. I contacted the service three weeks after and they simply said that it takes 5-10 business days to receive. I responded that it had been over 5-10 business and, per the tracking, has not even been shipped. Despite two emails, they ended their response to me. I never heard back. So I contacted my credit card company and asked them to reverse the charges since I never received the product. I then received the toy the next day. But it didn't work. It fell straight to the ground. I reached out again to explain that the toy was dysfunctional and again, never heard back. I never write reviews but I am so frustrated with this company, their lack of service and their lack of a good product. I DO NOT recommend this product at all. It is way overpriced and not worth the $27.99.

I bought 2 of these as Christmas gifts. I did receive. The product is very fun to play with, but are cheaply made and both broke with the first day of use. LED light strip broke with both making them unusable (see photo). Multiple emails to customer service with no reply. Left a review on their site which I'm sure will not be posted as only positive reviews are listed which are probably fake. Would strongly advise against any kind of purchase with this company.

I ordered on November 17th for Christmas. It finally arrived January 10th and does not work. I have emailed them six times with no answers. My next step is calling my credit card company and doing a fraud claim.

This is a rip off site. There is no customer service. There is no place on their site to leave a legitimate review from real customers. I ordered 2 balls. One of them did not work from the start. We checked them out before wrapping them and giving them to our grandsons. The other one worked less than a day before stripping out. I have contacted the company 3 times and haven't heard a peep from them. Don't give them your money.

So after waiting for 30 days to receive it came after Christmas and after the New Year. Once received I advise no one to waist 30 dollars on this it does not work as described. My Grandson is 10 played with it twice and put it back in the box. He was very disappointed after waiting so long for it and the excitement when the box came only to be disappointed again. Also I must mention they have a lot of bad reviews I wish I had read before I ordered but it was on my grandson's list so I just ordered. Customer service does not respond to emails or questions or reviews. I do plan on posting on yelp and a few other places because 30 dollars a lot of money for a toy that does not stand up to what it's suppose to do. Very disappointed customer. I advise people to go directly to the website and see the reviews for yourself.
