Horrible

Took a month to get them and had to pay a extra five dollars because package labels were incomplete. They don't work properly and good luck getting in touch with customer service. I've emailed them five different times and all they did was send me the same tracking number that shown my product hadn't moved for weeks...same thing I was asking questions about. Not helpful at all. Huge scam

Arrived broken and bad customer service!

I've been back and forth with the company after I received a broken orb that was supposed to be a Christmas present. They took a while to get back and then tried to convince me to except another one from them. I accepted, then was sent nothing and no response at all or tracking number.
I am fed up, this is a piece of junk and super cheap for the price! I just want my money back and don't want another orb, but they are pretty much ghosting me now.
I will leave another review if I actually get my money back!

Scam Company.

Ordered and paid for item Dec 26,2022. Have not received delivery as of Jan 15,2023. Company provides no phone number but I have sent 3 emails using their website and received no response. Sounds like a scam to me. They advertise they ship from AZ and not China and item is delivered in two days. Last time I checked, Dec 26 to Jan 15, a little more than 2 days. Contacting bank today to see if I can get my money back. Don't recommend purchasing this product from this Company.

BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy from this website - a total scam! I ordered on November 30th for a Christmas gift and still have not received it - it is now 1/12/23. Despite several emails asking for my money they have neither refunded money nor sent the product. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

My experience has been the same as others. I ordered in mid December and still haven't received Jan 10. I have emailed several times with no answer. Will report to BBB and also cancel the charge on my credit card. These folks need to go to jail!

DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERS

I ordered The Orb as a gift for my tween nephews on November 12,2022. The site didn't give any shipping options other than one but said shipping would be expedited. The shipping took extremely long to arrive with no movement or email correspondence. The items didn't reach me until nearly a month later. After receiving the items, I reached out directly to start a return on 12/17/22. The items have never been opened or taken out of the package. On 12/18/22, the company responded to ask if they were defective or damaged to which my reply was no on the same day. No response! On 1/4/23, I reached back out for a return, to which they replied asking if the items were damaged. I replied again with the answer that they weren't. They responded with a denial for a refund as they do not issue returns if the items aren't damaged. Nothing on the site or at the time of payment does it say this anywhere! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! WORST COMPANY EVER!

I ordered this product over a month ago and still haven't received it so I have sent them 4 emails regarding this with still no reply. They have no problem taking you're money but they won't send you what you bought! DO NOT BUY AN ORB! SCAM!

Same story, zero response, zero items, took my money, total scam, and I'm currently waiting on hold with bank to report the fraud. My only regret is that I don't live in Chandler, Arizona, where their "state of the art packaging and sending facility" is located. I have actually had a couple of very vivid dreams about driving up to their office, walking into the facility, and confronting them in a very direct way. Just goes to show how when you get scammed, it's always on your mind...my kids asking me every day if their presents came yet doesn't help either.

Horrible company

I ordered as a Christmas gift it was supposed to arrive in 10 days. It was an arriving I never got the confirmation email for sending it out, I wrote three or four emails and never got a response. I had to purchase a different one cuz it was a gift. And now weeks after Christmas it's arrived. Now I'm trying to figure out a way that I could return it and get my money back. It was one of the worst dealings with it internet company I've ever had. I tried of course to get a hold of him again once I got the notice that they were shipping it cuz I no longer wanted it but no response to any of those. I can't figure out another way to get a hold of them cuz they won't answer the emails

Product not received. Crickets from company.

Ordered in mid December and never received product. I received an email with a tracking number on 12/24, according to the tracking number, the package was never brought to USPS for mailing. Company is unresponsive to emails. I wonder if they sent the tracking number to boost 5 star reviews, without ever intending to deliver the product. This company is definitely not legit.

Ordered 12/14. I was promised the order would arrive by 12/21. That didn't happen. Order was never shipped and it still sits in Chandler, AZ, according to a useless USPS tracking number. It's 1/5 now and they've not responded to any of my 7 or 8 emails. Of course, there is no phone number.

This company has burned so many people that they should be charged with fraud.

I have had to file dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Do NOT use this company.

Dang, fell into the same scenario as the others below! Ordered with that guarantee of 2 day shipping. Here it is 3 weeks later and no orb and has not been sent out for shipment per the tracking information. Submitted a dispute with bank. There should be some kind of warning on this website!

I feel like an absolute fool. It's sad that there are people like this in the world that take advantage of people. Shame on the social media for continuing to let this product be advertised on their platforms. Just like the other reviewers, ordered two weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped, even though they advertised two day shipping. Received email claiming it's "on the way," when in actuality it hasn't even been received by the post office. No reply when contacted. No Xmas gift for my child. These people are horrible.

Scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Same story as everyone else. Ordered 12/12/2022, today is 12/29/2022 have not received it yet and I am out $100.00. I am a bigger sucker because i ordered 4 of them and i did not check for reviews prior to placing my order. I thought they were "original" and a better product of the ones on Amazon. BIG MISTAKE. They have no phone number. They haven't responded to my numerous e-mails. There is no customer service at all, Zero Nothing. Their address is not even listed online anywhere and you can not even report them to the Better Business Bureau. My bank won't refund me because i was careless enough to purchase from them to begin with. They give you a tracking number from USPS about a week after your purchase but they only create a label. Upon tracking it, it only informs you that a label was created but USPS has not received the actual package being sent yet. You will get that message for days. My order never shipped. Never got anything and I am out of the money i spend. Plus no gifts for Christmas which i have to replace. I left a review on their site but of course they never posted it. The reviews they have on there are fake. Its a shame, but its my fault for ordering from them and not Amazon, where at least i could dispute it if i don't receive it. Then we wonder why small businesses don't thrive. How can you trust with instances like this...
