This company does not make clear you only get a download, not an actual book. I thought I was receiving physical books and the site indicated when I would receive them. I was checking the mail, but they never came. Now I learn that they never will because it's a download. This is the worst internet scam I've experienced.
The description literally says paper back collection and had free shipping along with a photo of said collection but instead I was sent and email to download files. How on earth am I supposed to wrap "files" for a Christmas gift? I emailed them back and asked what was going on and why I was asked to download something when I was supposed to be mailed a collection and they replied I should read fine print and terms + conditions but will not change their description. I can only assume they won't so they can rope more people in and scam them as well! They refuse to refund me and are rude and deceptive! Do not let them steal your money!
I looked everywhere on the site and it doesn't say anywhere that it's not a real book. It says hardcover. It says shipping. After I purchased it and the e-mail arrived that it was download only, I immediately asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me.

This site is completely misleading. The site gives you physical photos, item descriptions, estimated shipping cost, asks for physical shipping address. Even states anything under $30 will be charged shipping. Even has shipping tracking on the website. Nowhere was it even stated that t hi is is a ebook website only. Don't buy from them.
There is nothing on this site that says you will not be receiving a physical book. It even asks for a zipcode to estimate shipping. Most sites will highlight the fact that it is an ebook. Not this site. It wasn't until my product confirmation page was I aware that it was o my downloadable. When I wrote to them explaining that I felt mislead, they just said, sorry, no refunds.
