Tom our salesman was UNBELIEVABLE… first off his knowledge of the chairs was extensive, his communication was immediate and any concerns were dealt with right away. Chair was purchased 10 days before Christmas and even though I was told it most likely wouldn't be there before Christmas it arrived on the 24th! There was a mix-up as I had requested and paid for white glove but the delivery drivers were not told or nor were they capable of putting together chair so ended up watching YouTube and it was actually really pretty simple and only took us 30 minutes. When I told Tom that night at 8:30 Christmas Eve through email he contacted me right away and said they would either arrange for someone to come over on the 26th but when I told him we had done it he refunded my money ASAP for the white glove. Tom definitely understands customer service and excelled at it. Would absolutely recommend Tom And the Modern Back
I bought the ZGR without every even trying the chair. I have no regrets. It has been a great purchase. My next chair will be the Newton when it goes on sale
