The entire process from walking in the door to checking out took around 45 minutes.

As for the chair, I went for the Osaki DuoMax. 0 Complaints about it and 100% satisfied. I tried a few other chairs and brands locally and the DuoMax made me feel the best.

Tom and Ann Maire didn't provide a polished sales pitch, just the needed knowledge on buying the right chair. They encouraged us to try out various chairs after learning about our needs, but with a focus on us. My husband needed good foot rollers, but light pressure on the neck. I am the exact opposite, so they showed us the chairs and how to make adjustments. They have a nice big screen on their showroom and showed us various aspects and components of the chairs. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Came into the store, met with sales staff. I was treated with respect and was educated on all the models they had in their store. I got to spend a lot of time in each chair seeing which models best suited my needs. A chair was selected and financials were discussed. Less than a week later, the chair was delivered, set up, and I was taught how to use it.

Do you "homework" for price and service. Close the best.The staff is accommodating and helpful. Pleasant and helpful.

I've had the Daiwa Supreme Hybrid chair from Modern Back less than a month. It was delivered sooner than I expected. All I had to do was point & it was set up exactly where I wanted it in my bedroom. Make sure your doorways are at least 32 1/2" wide, or they'll have trouble getting the unassembled chair through the doorway. After it was set up I started with a 10 minute massage program that put me to sleep. I'm still experimenting with different programs & adjustments to customize my massage sessions. A few of the programs need to be adjusted for my liking because they are too intense. It would be nice if in the future Daiwa does a software or firmware update for personal program memory & settings. Overall I give the chair a 9/10. Modern Back gets a 10.

Tom was extremely helpful. We wanted a massage chair but really didn't know the differences from one chair to another. He spent time listening to our needs and suggested a chair that was not as expensive as the one we were thinking of purchasing. The chair is perfect for us. We are in it every day.
