Bought Directory Builder theme a month ago, liked the theme, everything was as described.
The support was a little late, but I guess the August holidays are to blame...
In september everything was back to normal, everybody was responsive and answered in less than an hour to my support tickets.
If I need another theme, this would be one of the first places I would come to look for.

They offer Premium Drupal Themes, once you buy it you will need to avail there customization services which will cost you money and time. Unlike other templates it's ready to use. The template that they have limitations. Please don't buy these templates as they are not usable. themesdojo.com is one of their site as well SEO LLC is their mother company.
