I started with the 6 week challenge and saw very good results not only with weight loss but got a perfect chance to mend my eating habits and become healthy. I went on to take a membership after the 6 week challenge and I never did so well with any other group fitness programs. I highly recommend this place and it is a very inclusive environment.
